Questa casa di cinque camere da letto, due e mezzo bagno è di 2300 piedi quadrati e può essere affittata da un massimo di 12 adulti (oltre 6 anni), i bambini 5 e sotto non sono limitati per la contea. La pianta retro dispone di un ampio soggiorno aperto con TV a schermo piatto, sala da pranzo, spazio cucina, due camere da letto, un bagno e un barbecue sul ponte superiore, al piano di sopra. Al piano terra dispone di una camera familiare con un grande schermo piatto, angolo bar e tre camere da letto, bagni uno-e-un-metà, lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice. E 'sia pulito e arredate in modo confortevole.

La posizione è molto centrale a tutte le attività. Sierra at Tahoe e Heavenly Valley Ski aree sono entrambi da 10 a 15 minuti di distanza e Kirkwood & Homewood sono 30 minuti di distanza, grandi spiagge, piste ciclabili e passeggiate a cavallo sono un azionamento di 10 minuti. Negozi, ristoranti, e il golf 5 minuti. La vita notturna è a 15 minuti di distanza. La nostra casa è situata su un quarto acro e ha lotti liberi su entrambi i lati. Very nice house, spacious and comfortable, with all modern conveniences. Easy access to shopping in South Lake Tahoe, and to hiking trails. The kitchen was one of the nicest and best-equipped of any vacation rental we've used.

Great house for a group trip, the 2 separate living spaces were really nice to utilize. The only negative I can say is how hot it was during our stay with only one small fan in the whole house. If you stay here in the summer you’ll need more fans. It was 80 degrees inside, worse if we tried to cook at all. Would be PERFECT for a fall/spring/winter trip. Communication with the host was clear, house was clean and well organized, well stocked for a big group. The location was great, 0.5 miles from the grocery, 15 mins to town, parking was easy for our 4 cars.

Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of cookware/dishware/utensils. Very spacious and clean, many rooms with extra pull out beds if needed. Close in proximity to the main area of South Lake Tahoe. Dennis and Mary were wonderful hosts. They were communicative about every step of the process and quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely stay with them again!

Thank you for the review! We are happy you enjoyed your stay and we hope you will return soon. Many of our guests have commented to us their appreciation of how well stocked the kitchen is. Having stayed at many VRBO’s ourselves, we understand that it’s nice to have enough utensils to have some extra dishes and pans to cook and serve the number of guests staying and to have some basic herbs and spices above salt and pepper. Therefore we have a good stock on hand and are happy you appreciated that as well.

What a wondeful cabin! The check in and check out process was extmrely easy as it was all remote. The cabin was extrmely clean. The host was super freindly and helpful over the phone.

Lake Tahoe Summer 2023

The property was in excellent condition. All of the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything that was needed. Location was excellent for all activities. The family had an excellent time. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Lake Tahoe.

Absolutely Beautiful

We come every year to Tahoe for our family vacation, this is a wonderful and welcoming home. Secluded enough to enjoy your privacy but close enough to activities. We all enjoyed this gorgeous home. Easiest check in/out, with minimal instructions for our stay. We would be happy to rent here again next year.

This was a beautiful home, perfect for our group. The hosts were very helpful and easy to communicate with. Everything went super smoothly which isn’t what you always expect when coordinating across three families.

Amazing house and hosts!

The stay at Dennis and Mary’s home was perfect! These hosts are great and it shows throughout the property! They communicated everything clearly and the house had everything we needed and was only a short drive to Heavenly and Lake Tahoe! We had 3 families and everyone was comfortable and had a blast! Perfect Mountain House

We have stayed in many house thru VRBO and have never seen a house as stocked and well equipped as this one! We celebrated thanksgiving with extended family and there was plenty of room for everyone. We really hope to be back!!

High quality! Bargain!

Everytime I turned, I was impressed with the condition and quality of the house! Absolutely perfect for our group of 12 adults! The kitchen and bathroom have been updated, floors seem essentially new-- it felt so spacious and accommodating for our group!

We had a family celebration with 12 people. Great kitchen and living space for games and having our meals. Close to beaches, casinos and stores. Easy to get to from Sacramento and Reno, where our families traveled from. Nice having three bathrooms, two showers and enough beds for everyone. I recommend for large group.

Family reunion

There were 14 of us which the house accommodated perfectly! The counters were pretty dusty and the toilets weren’t cleaned well but overall it was pretty clean and the porch needs updated. I cleaned it the night before we left. We loved the house and the location. I would recommend staying here.

Dear Melissa, Thank you for the good review about the home and the location. We are extremely concerned that the house be super clean for our guests. The kitchen counters were all completely cleaned just a few hours before your arrival. The pine pollen is falling heavily at this time of year and leaves a green film on everything so it has to be wiped down daily, so perhaps you found them dusty the day you left when you cleaned. The toilets were also cleaned thoroughly before your arrival so I am surprised and disappointed that you found them unsatisfactory. The porch/mudroom had been updated - it used to be unfinished framing inside with plywood floors and just a screen door. We panelled it with cedar and put in tile flooring and a real window and door when the house was remodeled. This is a place to take off your snowy boots and store your ski's etc. I am not entirely sure what more I could do to "update" it. We have a new deck scheduled for Sept 2023. Family Reunion

We had an awesome time in Tahoe. The house was very spacious, well stocked and the host provided all the amenities. The location is close to shopping and all the boating, hiking, and casinos. The stairs are a challenge for those with mobility concerns. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, dishes, utensils dishwasher and small appliances.

We love to travel the world but have not found a place more beautiful than Lake Tahoe. With so many activities available year round we never tire of coming here.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Sitting on the deck in the evening and watching the sunset behind Mt Tallac and relaxing after a pleasant day of hiking and swimming in the summer. In winter we enjoy warming ourselves in front of the fireplace after a day of skiing . Fall is a wonderful time to come and absorb the fall colors, watch the salmon run or enjoy the Octoberfest or just enjoy the calm with some fishing, hiking etc.
