Second Floor (Central). Accessed from the front door and the garage:

- Fully stocked chef's kitchen.
- Access to the outside patio with a gas grill, ample patio seating, and a sun umbrella if necessary.

Third Floor:

- Master bedroom with king bed, expansive views of Vail, gas fireplace, and smart TV.
- Large en-suite bath with a steam shower, double vanity, and large walk-in closet.
- Dedicated remote work station.
- Additional sitting room that opens up to the upstairs patio and private hot tub.

First Floor:

- Bedroom One with king bed, smart TV, and en-suite bath. Also included is an exercise bike with moderate views of Vail.
- Bedroom Two with king bed, smart TV, and en-suite bath. Beautiful views of Vail.
- Secondary washer and dryer.

Parking:

- There is room for 2 cars in the private garage.
