Nice cabin inside and great community. The walk from the parking spot to the cabin is steep and older travelers may have trouble going up the path and steep stairs. Very nice outdoor sitting areas but the back patio is is unusable because it needs a very thorough cleaning.

Everything was clean and properly kept. Easy check in. We got there after dark and did not know if we had the upper or lower but besides that was no problems.

Everything was great! Loved the fire pit and screened in porches, perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather. Close to amazing hiking trails and the town of Sewanee, which has lovely restaurants! Would love to visit again some day.

This is a very cute property. We enjoyed staying in the woods, very peaceful. The host communicated well with us and was very responsive. The only thing that could have been better is the rear screened-in porch was in Dire need of being cleaned, so we were unable to use it. Other than that, great place. Our dogs enjoyed it, too!

This was our first experience with a tiny home and would do it again. Ideal for two people and a dog. The home has two screened in porches, a deck and firepit with andirodick chairs. The house is located in a tiny home community with a private lake. It is close to several state parks, with an abundance of waterfalls. Overall a good value.

We had a great time at the property. It was quiet and offered a peaceful place to get away and was close to trails. It was clean, offered basic necessities, and had enough room for our small family. The finish of the cabinets were a little worn, but did not affect operation.. Overall a great experience. Thank you!

This tiny home is perfectly situation to enjoy everything the region has to offer. We choose the location for it's proximity to The Caverns but we ended up going hiking, waterfall "hunting," back to The Caverns for a tour, and just hanging out at the fire pit in the evenings. The kitchen was big enough to fix breakfast without feeling cramped and the shower was spacious. The home truly had everything we needed and enough space for us to hang out together or enjoy some solitude. We didn't even get to the Fiery Gizzard State Park which is right there, so that's first up next time. We had a great time and hope to be back soon.

The property is cozy and located off the main road of the community. Very private and quiet. There are a three other properties close by but we had absolutely no issues out of other tenants. We enjoyed the fire pit which is completely private in the side yard. The porches could have used cleaning before we got there. I had to clean the front porch off myself and didn't even bother with the back porch. Kitchen was fully stocked and the host provides tons of towels and extra blankets which was a bonus. We only had one issue during our stay which was not at the fault of the host but the community kayak/rental agency. We reported that issue with them separately, If you're warm blooded you may way want to bring a fan as the host didn't appear to have any on the property (that we could find). The loft area does get warm, even with the A/C on. Beds were comfy enough. The property could use some cleaning in the upper windows which were collecting cobwebs. I knocked some down myself while there. Some of the throw blankets seemed like they had not been washed. Otherwise, everything else was nice and clean. The shower does not drain well for some reason so it does puddle up while showering but doesn't overflow. We brought our dogs along for the trip and they enjoyed the stay as well. Hosts may need to consider adding some lighting to the side yard and path leading to the fire pit. It gets extremely dark and hard to see your way back to the deck/house after putting the fire out.
