Absolutely loved staying at this cabin! It was clean and my kids loved the loft. We stayed for a week and had everything we needed! It was also very private which we loved about it as well. We would definitely stay again!

Beautifully decorated, clean cabin. Very comfortable on a beautiful piece of land. Very relaxing and only 15 minute drive to the Caverns!

We stayed in three different vrbos during our mini road trip and this was by far the best! It was so beautifully decorated, very clean, and the property was so peaceful and relaxing! The beds were also extremely comfortable! It was super close to some nice hiking trails and The Caverns concert venue. I would definitely stay here again!

The cabin was perfect. Clean with all of the amenities you need for a short stay. Close to The Caverns and great shopping in Monteagle. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at The Cabin. The only thing I would change personally would be to add a fire pit or sone type of grill.

The cabin was absolutely perfect. It was extremely clean and neat. Everything we needed was there the location was perfect for our trip.

The cabin is so cute. Everything was clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable. If I could make a suggestion, I would say that it is VERY difficult to find the driveway at night. Thankfully we were given instructions on where to find the driveway in the welcome email, but it was still difficult in the dark even with knowing where to look. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Beautiful and quiet property was absolutely perfect. It was clean and cozy and felt amazing coming inside from the heat. Perfect for a couple. Fantastic location for visiting The Caverns for a tour or a show. If you stay here, do yourself a favor and visit the Mountain Goat Market in Monteagle. The line will be long, but it moves fast, and I promise it is worth it.

Great Getaway Spot

What a great little cabin with easy access to Fiery Gizzard trailheads. This cabin has a rustic feel when you pull up to it and what a big surprise when you enter the cabin. Modern interior with everything you need for a couple days of peace and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Quaint, Quiet, and Clean

This is a great cabin for a couple, or a couple with one or two children. The cabin is very clean, well stocked, and everything seems new. We loved hanging out on the back porch swing. It sits back off the road, and you have a lot of privacy. The kitchen was well stocked. No complaints. It fully met our needs for a weekend of hiking and the outdoors.

Really nice

Kitchen was very good. Didn’t have enough coffee for the two of us for the time we were there - only two regular coffee k cups. There was little/no storage for our luggage - just a little area that things could improve. Otherwise it was very adequate, comfortable, quiet, and clean. We were able to cook two meals for two in the kitchen. The electrical socket directly behind the faucet gave us pause. Really easy check-in. Very well maintained and located. Pretty inside and out.

The cabin overall was ok, the location is excellent though. Reasonably close to major hiking areas and state parks as well as Chattanooga. The cabin is well designed but I felt that esthetics are higher valued than functionality. We stayed for a week as a family of 4 and noticed there are not enough or big enough pots and pans to make basic meals, no hangers or wall hooks of any sort to provide space for clothing and no storage for any luggage pieces. The table setup only provides a very small bar-hight table with 2 chairs and no additional seating. While there is an outdoor table with 4 chairs available, those are metal and somewhat uncomfortable as well as dirty and slightly broken. While the air conditioning was fine for the main cabin, the upstairs loft was very very hot to sleep in. A ceiling fan would be a much needed improvement there to circulate cool air upstairs. The fridge is a dorm style beverage fridge and can not hold enough of even basic necessities for 4 people. The overall cleanliness also lacked with sticky residue on kitchen cabinets and dust/ debris/dead bugs on window sills and baseboards. Much of the floor is laminate but covered in rugs and we were only provided a broom and dust pan to clean up with. We ended up buying a cheap vacuum to clean. The beds were ok with very thin sheets and super thick, dense pillows that did not work for us. The amount of throw pillows is also excessive. Overall an ok place but not meant for more than a couple days at best.

The positives: The host email was from a management company and were fine. The cabin was very clean. The setting out the front door was looking to the woods and was nice.The negatives: The bed was extremely soft, and although this is subjective, I felt that the quality was definitely lacking. Both my partner and I came away with aching bodies from the poor mattress. The pillows were hard large lumps and we couldn't use them. Again, seems like the quality was lacking. We were only two people, so did not use the loft bed, but the vertical ladder had round dowels for rungs rather than a flat ladder step and I would not want to use the ladder. Just didn't seem safe.

The cabin was such a treat to stay in! Beautifully decorated inside, clean, and stocked with everything you might need. The porches, fields, and pond gave us the peace and privacy to relax and enjoy our little getaway. I wish we had booked for the entire weekend!! This will most definitely be our go to spot next time we see a show at The Caverns. Loved it!

The cabin was really cute and comfortable. It was enough off the main road to be quiet and relaxing, but close enough to get to restaurants, hiking trails, and amenities quickly. We especially loved the pond that was filled with frogs and the fire pit. My son enjoyed the loft. We would definitely come back again.
