The Space:
It’s the perfect destination for friends or family seeking a relaxing getaway with charming, small-town atmosphere and lush surroundings. In the summer, the greater area of lakes is yours to explore as you wind along the waterways on your desired watercraft, try your luck at catching a few of the abundance of fish teeming just beneath the surface, or just float along while soaking up the ample sun. Away from the water, step back in time as you wander through nearby Elkhorn’s historic downtown district, admiring the well-preserved architecture and popping in at local cafés, quaint shops, and cozy antique stores all brimming with treasures to be discovered. Throughout the year, you may even stumble upon a festival or two celebrating the community’s vibrant culture and traditions! The nature lovers in your crew will want to lace up their boots and explore the miles of trails winding through the forests and meadows of nearby parks such as Kettle Moraine State Forest and Price Park. No matter what you choose to do, adventure is on the menu at Fireside Charm!

Inside the home you’ll be delighted to discover plenty of space for everyone to spread out and find their own private corner, with 3 different living areas to suit any need. In the main area, curl up on plush living room sofa seating as you stream a new movie or episodes of your favorite shows on the mounted smart TV. The second living room on this level offers cozy sofa and armchair seating in a quieter environment for turning the pages of a good book or catching up on those pesky emails at the dedicated computer workspace. The game room in the basement offers everything you need to get the energy flowing with a smart TV, bar, and another dedicated sitting room. Back upstairs, whip up delicious homecooked meals in the modern kitchen showcasing stainless steel appliances, glossy countertops, and ample cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. The dining room table can host all types of meals with seating for the whole group. At the end of long days exploring, find your way outdoors for a soak in the private hot tub (available approximately Memorial Day to Labor Day) as you enjoy a refreshing beverage under the star-filled sky.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

- Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.
- Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.
- Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed.

The home also includes a half bathroom as well as 2 additional full guest bathrooms, the first with a single vanity and shower/tub combo and the second with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Washer and dryer in home.
- Driveway parking available for 4 vehicles.
- Hot tub is available approximately Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- This home is equipped with a Ring doorbell on the front door and security cameras on the front of the garage monitoring the driveway, the back of the garage monitoring the backyard, the back of the house monitoring the deck, and the side of the yard monitoring the double gate.
- This home is equipped with a noise monitor inside the entry door.
- Please note that early check in and late check out are subject to availability. If approved, the first hour is complimentary and additional hours are $30 each.
- The minimum age to book our properties is 25, and the individual making the reservation must be one of the guests physically staying at the property for the entire duration of the reservation.

Elkhorn is a charming town just 20 miles north of Geneva Lake with something to enjoy in all seasons, from concerts in the park and lakefront activities in the summer to skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing in the winter. No matter what time of year you visit, there's always something to do! Plan a visit to the Apple Barn Orchard & Winery, go shopping at the local boutiques, or play a round of golf at Evergreen Golf Club. You can also take a walk or bike ride on one of the many trails or have a picnic at one of the parks. Elkhorn is also home to a variety of restaurants, from casual eateries to fine dining establishments. With its friendly people, beautiful scenery, and abundance of activities, Elkhorn has something to offer everyone!
