A charming older dwelling, with many updates, in a very walkable location. Took me back to college days. We particularly enjoyed the artworks by local artists. Note that the parking behind the house is very tight (as described) - with more cars than I had imagined. I suspect a sedan would have trouble navigating the garage because the pavement in front of it is quite bumpy with tree roots. Should I have occasion to stay again, I would probably register with the city and park on the street.

Concert Overnight

My son and I stayed here after his first concert. It was easy and safe to enter late at night. We were very comfortable with our stay!

Me and my husband stayed here for our anniversary weekend. We spent Friday and Saturday touring Cuyahoga Valley NP. From this VRBO it was an easy 20-30 minute drive. The VRBO was clean and comfortable, had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. We cooked breakfast in each morning and walked to the restaurants on Lee street for dinner each evening. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Check in and out were very easy and Mark has been quick to respond to messages the entire time. I would highly recommend staying here.

The house was in great condition. The heat worked well, which was nice, since it was freezing cold. There was one issue with the shower draining, but I reported it in the morning and it was completely fixed by the evening. I had a big SUV so could not park in the driveway, but parking on the street was easy. Just had to register my car with the city and it was free. Overall, no complaints! Beds were very comfortable too.

We liked the house and enjoyed our stay. We really appreciated the location. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and bars. Easy to get around town. The interior is nicely done and the artwork is a nice touch. There is no dishwasher, which we didn’t realize. Just something to know. The couch in the living room needed replacing a few years ago! Also, parking in the back of the house is difficult. We didn’t try the garage, too tight. Tree roots pushing up the driveway paving makes backing out of the parking area a real challenge. While we did like a lot about this house, we would most likely try something different next time. Thanks to our host for being very attentive towards making our stay easy and welcoming.

My parents and I stayed on the first level in the Gallery unit, and immediately felt like we were going to have a very comfortable and safe stay while my dad would be in the CC for a while. We felt right at home, but did have some cleanliness issues. However, it is a very safe, comfortable stay! The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because we had quite a few minor issues throughout our stay, with some not being resolved, as well as the cleanliness of the unit overall. However, the kindness and communication of the hosts was unmatched. I can’t imagine better communication, and they were so kind and flexible and allowed us to extend our stay when we found out my day would have to be in the hospital longer than expected. Given the location, safety, how comfortable we were, and the great communication, if we were to come back to Cleveland we would consider this place again because I do believe they want to strive to fix all issues.
