Thank you for your feedback! We are glad you were able to get in when realizing you turn the electronic lock knob. We try to be very specific about instructions on entering as we know guests often arrive late and tired :) No properties up north have air conditioning as it is plenty cool to open windows at night and close them during the day to keep the cool mountain air inside. If it's unusually warm we are happy to provide tower fans and most condos already have them in the closets. It was a pleasure to host you and we look forward to hosting you again soon for your next visit!

Thanks for your feedback. There are 2 restaurants at the ski resort (Purgys and Paradise Pizza) which have plenty of non fried options. We have replaced the sheets and there is only 1 chair in addition to the couch simply because of the space limitations of a studio a 2nd chair simply would not fit in front of the window). The studio sleeps 4 and there is seating for 4 between the couch and the chair. The condo is exactly as pictured on the listing and we recently mounted a 42" TV on the wall.

Sometimes wi-fi routers get reset by previous guests, etc. without our knowledge so if you have any issues always always call us for assistance. We are happy to help and want your stay to be as easy and enjoyable as possible. It was such a pleasure to host you and your family and we hope you come stay with us again soon!

Thanks for your feedback. The condo looks exactly as noted in the professional photos. We tightened the kitchen faucet and the toilet appears to have overflowed due to putting to much toilet paper in the toilet.

We will assess the need for additional lighting in the main living space and we are going to purchase new lamps as the current lamps are a bit tired (although they are fully functional) - we agree. The exhaust fan cover will be cleaned during our off-season deep cleans we perform in late October and April of each year. We advised building maintenance of your stay dates and where advised they would work around occupied units so we are disappointed they did not honor their commitment.

Steve, Thanks so much for your constructive concerns and for taking the time to review this property. We do appreciate your visit and we're sorry it didn't live up to our exceed your expectations. We have replaced the mattress on the primary bed. While it was in good condition, it was very firm and appears to be a bit too firm for most guests. The sofa sleeper mattress was replaced in December 2015 and as expected, and in excellent condition. Pets are not permitted in the building by the HOA for guests. Owners are able to have them, which may resolve the discrepancy you noted there. We appreciate your comment about providing a bigger frying pan and we have done so. Thank you for mentioning that. Additionally, our housekeeper has been briefed on your supply and cleanliness concerns and we appreciate you bringing them to our attention. The hot tub and pool area were unfortunately closed by the property management due to some vandalism during your visit. We're very sorry this impacted your stay. Though we know some guests don't like to reach out to management during their stay, we would have loved to have an opportunity to resolve these issues for you while you were there, or to find more suitable accommodations. Give us a ring and we'll be happy to make sure your next visit exceeds the last.
