This peaceful bungalow is close to the best of Lakeland, including restaurants and shops located nearby. Less than 2miles from Bonnet Springs & Downtown Lakeland! Pets welcome, we love your fury friends! (There is a pet fee)
Lakeland is known as the "Swan City” these swans are a beloved by the community. They’re mins away from this cottage, making it a popular destination for birdwatching & outdoor lovers!

Fully equipped Kitchen, 2 queen bedrooms, 1 full bedroom, 2 full bathrooms one with a tub, 2 living rooms, and a dining table that seats 6.
Enjoy added security with outside cameras and keyless entry with a smart lock. Fast fiberoptic WIFI, ideal for WFH individuals.
Guest access
Please park on driveway and if needed left side of house outside the white picket fence on grass. DO NOT park on the road in front of the house as it’s a narrow road.
