Great stay!

Chose this as a staycation while having friends in town. Close to beaches, restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again.

Pleasant stay in quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and shops

Beautifully appointed, clean and modern, comfortable beds and high quality linens, bright and airy, enjoyed the fire pits on patio and roof.

Location and the house were great! The cleaning crew had not finished cleaning when we got there but manager responded quickly and everything was quickly fixed.We enjoyed walking to everything.

We enjoyed our third Thanksgiving in this home. As always, it was perfect in every way. The location is an easy walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. The home is very clean and comfortable with the most amazing ocean view sunsets from the rooftop. Our host was super responsive when the internet went out. He set up a new modem and router within a few hours. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

Fanstastic stay in CDM

We had a great stay in our old stomping ground of CDM. The house was great, a perfect location, lovely outdoor spaces and clean and spacious throughout. It is well stocked and the team were attentive during our stay. We will definitely be considering it for our next trip!

Everything was great. Plenty of kitchen items. The beds were great. Internet worked well. Great home for walking. One small thing. Putting out the garbage was confusing. Not sure because it was a holiday week that maybe it was picked up on a different day.

Great property

Our family had an amazing time at this property. There were a lot of great features. Neighborhood was clean and quiet. The location was perfect. Near lots of restaurants and shops.

Fantastic residence

This is a fantastic place! Great spaces inside and out. Front patio and roof top deck with firepit allow you to really appreciate California living while its location in CDM is perfect for walking to whatever you need/want.

Nice property in convenient location

We had a great week in Corona Del Mar. Safe neighborhood and convenient location. There are window treatments even though the pictures don’t show it.

Great location!

This home is in a great location and the property manager was very prompt fixing any issues. Great outdoor spaces too. Unfortunately, due to rain, we didn't spend much time in the outdoor spaces.

Perfect CDM vacation home!

This is truly the perfect CDM vacation property. The house is beautiful and spacious and was absolutely perfect for our family with older kids--all 8 of us! Everything in the house is beautiful and comfortable. We have now stayed in this house twice and will definitely be staying again! Also the property manager, Phil, is amazing and we had a few minor things we needed and he took care of them immediately.

Home in Corona Del Mar

The house is well located but has deferred maintenance. It was a lovely home at one time but tired now. The property manager was excellent and always responsive.

Beautiful place

This house is lovely with great interior finishes. All bedrooms have their own bath which is a plus. The outdoor fire pits were wonderful to use in the evenings. Management was very responsive and helpful when we had questions or needed something. We were able to walk or ride bikes to the beach and beach toys are provided. Outstanding!
