The guest was notified three days before arrival that the dishwasher had stopped working and that a replacement was scheduled for delivery shortly after her arrival. She declined the delivery, stating in writing, “We can do without it,” but later attempted to negotiate a lower rate. Our rental agreement specifically states that we will make every effort to correct an appliance malfunction, but it does not qualify for a refund. Guests can set the thermostat to their preferred temperature, but the energy-saving system returns to its preset after two hours and can be adjusted again. The lights operate similarly. These settings help us maintain this luxury property at a competitive rental rate. A significant scratch was documented on the glass dining table immediately after checkout. The guest initially refused to pay, so the matter had to be submitted to Vrbo, which advised her that the damage had to be paid.

Thank you for your kind review. My pleasure.
