We have stayed at this property now for several seasons and have found it to be a great location and has everything you need for a wonderful relaxing vacation.If you need anything, they are prompt with getting back to you and they go out of their way to get it.Grand Welcome does a great job!

We loved staying at this property in the Newport Beach area. Great amenities, communication and overall experience. Would definitely stay here again when we come back.

Wonderful property in Corona Del Mar

Great property mgmt, exceptional location, 100% clean and very new. Walking to the beach was very pleasant and so many nice restaurants within 10 minutes driving.

Lovely home, beautiful neighborhood

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, decorated thoughtfully and it was very comfortable. The beds were cozy, the outdoor seating area on the ground floor and roof were so nice.

Great Patio- Walkable to Beach in CdM

We stayed here for almost 2 weeks for the first half of July. Great location, beautiful spaces and modern decor, clean, comfortable and stylish. Patio area is spacious and private. Would definitely return! Walkable to Little Corona and Big Corona beaches and many restaurants in Corona Del Mar. Easy drive to Newport Beach, Huntington Beach and Laguna Beach.

The neighborhood and location are perfect. The layout was nice, enjoyed the patio and master suite. The property manager was very helpful. The place is a little run down for the . Sheets are dingy, walls and baseboards are marked up, sofas are stained and gross.

The home actually had the walls & baseboards touched up with paint, upholstery steamed and extended deep cleaning completed the month prior. Unfortunately had we been alerted earlier we could have gladly sent a team to address the few items for you during your stay. Still, thank you again for staying with us and your input. We greatly value our guest's comments as it only helps us in improving the home for all.

Great location and townhouse

We had a great experience. Check in and communication was easy, the property was clean and just as advertised online, nice 3 bedroom townhouse in CDM. It is a really nice neighborhood and walking distance to the shops and beach. We would come back.

Love!!

This is our second time booking a house with grand welcome and they are amazing! Phil helped us out with anything instantly! The location of this house was amazing super close to all the shops and restaurants and perfect for a family!

Beautiful Home at the Beach

This home has it all! It is beautiful, clean, and well stocked with everything you could need. The communication and check in process was a breeze, allowing us to settle right in for our vacation. The location can’t be beat, and it was in a quaint, quiet neighborhood! We will be back:)

40th birthday

I rented this home to enjoy a summer vacation as well as celebrate my 40th birthday with family. The home was exactly as listed and the neighborhood extremely quiet with ample parking.

Beach community get-away

We were looking for a short vacation in a beach community for ourselves, our adult children and our young grandchildren. This property met all of our needs. The location is great with restaurants, coffee shops and cafes a couple of blocks away, and an enjoyable walk to a beautiful beach area. Everything was very clean and as described. We had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. The communication with the manager was very timely and positive.

Beautiful Home!

We got there late in the evening and we couldn't find the keypad. We called the manager of the property and was quickly helped. The home was just beautiful in a beautiful neighborhood. It was a perfect location and the beach and food was within 5-10 minutes walk. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the home and location and would definitely stay there again.
