This beautifully appointed retreat sleeps 4 and features 10 ft. ceilings, open ductwork, a spacious 1 bedroom with a king bed, full bathroom with rain shower, a stylish living space with a queen sleeper sofa and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, large island, all the equipment for gourmet cooking and top of the line appliances. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a free parking space in our private lot, an elevator, free WiFi, a washer/dryer, snacks, beverages, and more. Escape the hustle and bustle of the city and unwind in this chic oasis. Walking distance to Children's Hospital, West Penn Hospital, Bloomfield, The Strip and Lawrenceville. A 5-minute drive to the heart of downtown. Enjoy picturesque sunsets from our juliette balcony overlooking the city. We look forward to welcoming you to our place. Check-in 3pm / Check-out 11am.

Love the location as we are near all the action but not in the center of it! We are on the bike path, walking distance to Children's and West Penn hospitals, the Strip District, downtown Lawrenceville and only a 5-minute drive to the heart of downtown Pittsburgh for all stadiums and music venues.
Cosa rende unica questa struttura
We are a brand new build with free, private parking, in a great location of Lawrenceville and have a beautiful view of the city. We have 10 foot ceilings with open ductwork for an industrial aesthetic, state of the art kitchen with granite, island and all new KitchenAid appliances.
