Questo 2 camere da letto condominio / cottage è unico nel suo genere sul mercato degli affitti per le vacanze a San Diego! Con tonnellate di intrattenimento a pochi passi ... Si può passeggiare (5 min a piedi) a Belmont Park, cavalcare le montagne russe, comprare un po 'zucchero filato e giocare Carnival Games / arcade. Portate i vostri bambini con i loro amici, questo condominio sei posti letto. Si trova fuori della Mission Blvd tra la tranquilla baia e navigare Ocean! Oltre a pochi minuti dall'aeroporto.
Stai rilassante vacanza inizia al minuto si cammina nella porta! Con la funzione di tutto unico in questa casa essere nuovo di zecca si sa mai che ci si trova nella parte caratteristica e storica di Mission Beach. E 'completamente attrezzata per il divertimento vacanza!
Alcune caratteristiche sono il doppio finestre vetri che renderanno più tranquillo e accogliente per le vostre serate di vacanza e la caratteristica spiaggia di rara di A / C sarà mantenere la pelle fresca durante il sonno la notte! C'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice e un garage, come pure! La cucina è nuovo di zecca dello stato degli apparecchi d'arte ed �� ben fornito per la preparazione dei pasti, cene e ricevimenti. Il soggiorno è dotato di un 'schermo piatto da 42, via cavo, (DVR / HD). C'è un nuovo letto pieno accogliente in ogni camera da letto e il divano ha un letto estraibile.
Dopo una giornata incredibile sulla sabbia o giostre mozzafiato a Belmont Park è possibile dirigersi verso il nuovo grande patio per "la cena al fresco" e la griglia sul barbecue grill all'aperto e rilassarsi sulla mobili da giardino confortevole !!
Tutti i comfort per godersi la spiaggia sono compresi - teli da spiaggia, sedie a sdraio, e boogie boards.

Perfect location and a great space. Thoughtfully stocked, super clean, quiet and peaceful. Glad we left our large car at home. Honda CRV fit perfect. Guests upstairs but we could hardly hear them. We would rent again.

Great location

The location was great, easy access to San Diego and walkable right near the beach. Anytime we had a question, the host was quick to respond. If you are staying here, be prepared for a very tight fit in the garage. I would stay here again.

The unit had an up-to-date kitchen and check-in was easy. The location was perfect- short walk to the beach, great restaurants and sunsets. Only downfall it is the bottom of a two-unit building. You can hear the walking, talking and anything that drops in the upstairs unit.

Family vacation

Property was as expected from listing on VRBO. Check in was easy. The parking spot is tight as it is a shared garage and both spots were holding large cars. But we fit just fine and loaded kids on the street. It worked. The house was initially missing the pack n play however the owner was incredibly responsive and they had a pack n play delivered within an hour. We felt safe with two little kids. It was a great location and within walking distance of the bay, beach and many restaurants. We would stay here again.

Great location and space!

This was the perfect vacation rental for our family. The patio was great for people watching. The location was ideal since it was a 30 second walk to Mission Bay. We loved the kitchen and the management company was very easy to work with and available to answer questions. It was also great they had chairs, beach toys, towels and other beach stuff. I would highly recommend this rental!

Great location has all amenities

My family had a great stay at this property. You can’t beat the location and it is right across the street from Belmont Park, shopping, restaurants and fun! I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone and hope we can return for future visits.

Couldn't Be More Happy!

We absolutely loved this property. We have stayed at a variety of houses on Mission Beach in the last 20 years, but this one stood out for its cleanliness (they wash the inside of the outdoor garbage cans, y'all!) and accessibility of the property managers. They even left us a gift bag when we checked in. The house is beautifully updated, has a fully loaded kitchen and tons if beach gear to use. And the beds! We usually travel with a queen size memory foam mattress pad because beds at the beach are notoriously AWFUL. We didn't have to even bring the pad out of the car because the bed was so nice. The bathroom is small, but clean. Neighborhood is quiet and we're just a shirt walk to the Bag. Highly recommend this property.

Excellent experience!

This was an excellent service overall! Everything was incredible and the owner even left us a gift bag with snacks and a bottle of wine. I will rent from this owner again and give her the highest recommendation.

Clean, comfortable cottage in a great location

We had a lovely week in the downstairs part of this property. Everything was clean and new, with lots of amenities and a garage full of beach accessories. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, close to the ocean and the bay. Instructions for booking, arriving and departing were all clear and easy--great communication. Thanks!

Location, location, location!

A well laid out ground floor 2 bedroom in a great location. Cindy (manager) was very responsive and the check-in and out process was fluid. Pros: - great location for beach fun - clean - decently appointed with garage and laundry - very responsive manager who dealt with any issues immediately Cons: - if anyone is in the upstairs unit you hear everything (noise sensitive people want to avoid this unit!) - first night was two small children running back and forth until 11pm, second night was cleaners vacuuming and talking until I texted manager which quickly put an end to it, third night some highschool age party across the lane that got out of hand - a bit dated - shower nozzle not great for taller people Overall we enjoyed out stay and would recommend it as long as you can handle the possibility of noise, otherwise great spot! Thanks!

Thank you for the compliments! We truly appreciate it. We try very hard to make everyone's vacation enjoyable and memorable! The cleaning staff was certainly warned for the inexcusable noise. We were shocked they did that as they haven't before. They did apologize and I let them know about the 4 star rating...which i believe the noise had something to do with it! Unfortunately the neighborhood noise we can't control and if peace and quiet is what one is looking for, I suggest avoiding the beach during the summer months at all costs! It's definitely not the place for that type of vaca and no matter where you rent in this neighborhood it won't be quiet in the summer months. But the A/C units definitely help drown any noise in the neighborhood...and A/C is certainly hard to come by at the beach! Lastly, this home was extensively remodel in 2013. Down to the studs in some parts and all baths and kitchens were completely remodeled. So not sure the reference to the "dated" comment. One would be hard pressed to find a cottage unit as updated as this one. But the bathrooms are not large like new builds...simply because this is a cottage...so space is limited. Thanks again and we hope you give us another try!

Clean and COLD!

We spent a week in this beautiful 2 bedroom condo. The A/C was perfect for our two little ones - happy kids mean happy vacation. We were so close to the bay that it was like having a beach for our own backyard. The big kids took the seccond bedroom and the master was very roomy and clean. I loved the set up - other reviews said it was "small"?? We had six in our party and we had plenty of room. The open kitchen area with gas range was awesome. We love cooking and hanging out o the patio. This patio was large and CLEAN!!! We had a great week and cannot wait until next summer. Although we may need to rent the upstairs with all our kids. Loved it - great location and a beautiful property. Thank you!!!

Isthmus rental

My husband, daughter and I stayed here last year with my parents. We had a fantastic experience and returned again this summer. The unit still looks brand new. It is clean, comfortable and very well maintained. I would recommend it to anyone. Although it is not large inside, there is a spacious patio where we ate all of our meals. It is in a quiet area which was great for the baby. The description and pictures accurately represent the property.

Great place!

The condo was great! Everything was clean and new. It was exactly what we were looking for. It was even nicer than it looked in the pictures. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!!!
