Lovely apartment, had everything we needed. Clean and well maintained. Fantastic views over Coral Bay and Paphos from balcony. Ideal base for exploring from. You do need a car. 5 min drive to main village of Peyia and 10 min drive to Coral Bay.

Written directions were spot on, do not follow the link to Google maps! The apartment was spotless and very well equipped, had everything you would need for your stay. Views are absolutely stunning and it’s very peaceful. Communication with the host was brilliant, very quick responses every time. Air conditioning is brand new and an absolute dream, balcony is very spacious and good for a sunbathe if you don’t feel like venturing out for the day. Will definitely be returning

Mel was a very good host and responsive to any questions. The apartment was very clean and, with side lights on for evening arrival, made it welcoming. It was well eqipped throughout.Lovely views and close to amenities and bars in upper Peyia.

The room was very clean, well presented and contained all necessary items and appliances for our stay. Enjoyed the view of Coral Bay and restaurants in Peyia town. The view of the dilapidated swimming pool below to the right of the property didn’t spoil the view of the bay. Hope it will be renovated soon

Stayed here April 2025 great apartment all you need for a great holiday, short walk to Peyia village with lots of bars take away shops and a restaurants fully stocked supermarket.Great location and views of coral bay

Apartment is lovely, exactly like the pictures and so peaceful.. The host was very attentive to any questions that we had before our stay. Sun on the balcony all day from around 9am til sunset. You need a car to get around. Neighbours really friendly. Home from home. Will definitely be staying again.

Lovely comfortable apartment

I was very very happy with this apartment. It’s a nice size, has a large terrace, it’s quiet, has all the mod cons and in a good location. Peyia bars and the supermarket are about a 10 to 15 minute walk away. The place was immaculately clean and well-equipped for self catering.

Park view gardens

Superb property with views overlooking coral bay everything you need in the apartment. Our second stay both approximately 10wks and looking forward to returning next year. A big thank you too Mel the owner for allowing us to use her wonderful apartment.

Cyprus apartment

The apartment was spotlessly clean had everything in it you could need was in a good location not far from the village centre where buses run regularly there is a pool you can use and when we were there it wasn’t busy and some days we had it all to ourselves all in all a great place for a relaxing holiday

Lovely clean apartment with everything you would ever need

We spoke with the owner and every responce was 5 minuites would definitely stay here again if we didn't want to use the pool as its 97 steps down and upbut if thats no problem definitely go for this apartment, we enjoyed our stay 100%

The apartment was as advertised everything you needed for a self catering stay, lovely large balcony with great views, a car is an essential if you are staying for any length of time. Communication between the owner and management team was superb . Overall a great holiday

This is a really comfortable nicely appointed apartment in Peyia. The view from the deck every morning is glorious. You are 500 meters away from Phillipos grocery shopping as well as some very nice tavernas and bars. Be sure to check out Peyia Tavern. You might need reservations. They are popular. Also check out Coral Bay and the antiquities of Paphos.

We have just returned from a wonderful 10-day stay in this perfect apartment with my friend. The location was ideal – close to the village of Peyia and only a short drive from Coral Bay.The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt like a home from home. The balcony was a lovely place to relax, with loungers as well as a table and chairs to enjoy the evening.The host was very helpful & available whenever we needed assistance, responding promptly to any questions we had..The pool, located just to the left of the property, was absolutely gorgeous – huge, well maintained, and clean. We often had it all to ourselves, which was great. There were also plenty of sun loungers around the pool area.The apartment was very well equipped, with air conditioning, towels, hairdryers, a washing machine, cooker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and kettle – everything you could possibly need.The only suggestions I would make would be the addition of a small cool bag or cool box, as although there were ice packs in the freezer, we couldn't find anything to put them in for days out. A small barbecue would also have been a nice extra, although I appreciate this may not be practical due to fire safety concerns and consideration for neighbouring apartments.Overall, this was a fantastic apartment in a perfect location, with an excellent host and stunning views of the coast line.we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again & will be returning.

Lovely apartment - superb facilities - great location

The apartment was perfect for us as a couple. It’s well laid out with superb views. The sun hits the balcony decking around midday and is there until its sets. The apartment itself has all the facilities you would ever need. The internet and tv package was exceptional, and with a giant fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, a hot and powerful shower, quiet and efficient air con; all this enhanced our holiday. Communication with the owner was swift and easy through the app. 10/10 from us and we will stay again.
