Our condo has been updated and it was nice!! Love the beach theme. The property could use some updates. Pools need painted and elevators also needs upgraded There is a lovely coffee/ice cream shop near the property. Easy to check in/out and communication was simple.

Everything was very clean and tastefully decorated. However beds in primary and front bedrooms were VERY uncomfortable! I had to sleep in the center of the king bed to try to find a spot that wasn't too terribly soft and part of a big dent. Folks who slept in front bedroom said that bed was also way too soft with permanentbody grooves. Front and middle bedrooms do not have any dressers or place to unpack.Don't even consider asking for early check-in or late checkout!!

As for the mattresses… you said it yourself—beds can be a bit of a Goldilocks situation. What feels too soft for one guest is just right for the next, and we do our best to strike that balance for the majority of visitors. We also didn’t receive any concerns about the mattresses during your stay, and we truly wish we had the opportunity to take a look while you were here—our Property Care team is always happy to step in and check on anything that might impact your comfort. Regarding early check-in and late checkout, we just want to clarify that we did offer the option to extend your stay with a discounted night to guarantee that flexibility. Since those nights weren’t secured, the condo remained available for other guests to book or extend—so it’s not quite accurate to say it wasn’t an option. We hope these few bumps didn’t overshadow what sounded like an otherwise enjoyable spring stay. Between the beautiful condo and those white sugar sand beaches, there’s a lot to take in—and we’d be happy to welcome you back anytime for the five-star stay this home (and you!) are meant for.

The room was clean enough we had bugs in unit we called but never addressed indoor pool was not heated it was like ice we have stayed in this unit before when other owners had it it has gone down sense then had a drip water from bathroom ceiling had to call about I paid more for this stay than any other unit we have stayed at and we have been coming here for the last 16 or so years every year I will come back next year but not so sure about this unit again

We were happy to be able to accommodate an early check-in for your stay. While we did receive your note about the pool heat, we don’t have a record of any pest or leak concerns. Our team manages the condo itself, but the property grounds and amenities, including the pools, are maintained by the resort. It sounds like the indoor pool heat was down during your visit, and we’re sorry that happened. The indoor pool is normally heated, and we understand how disappointing that can be when it’s not working properly. We’re glad to hear you plan to return next year and hope you’ll consider staying with us again—it would be our pleasure to welcome you back.

Rest and relaxation

We had an excellent time. Condo has everything you can imagine. Great views of gulf from an awesome balcony that stays in full shade to be used anytime. Very clean and updated with everything you need to cook with in kitchen and bathrooms very nice and clean as well. Restaurant on site is very good and convenient for times you don’t want to cook All in all excellent choice until morning of departure when around 9:35 a man walked into our condo unannounced and scared the crap out of me. He said he thought we were gone but checkout was at 10 and we were not told of anyone coming before we checked out I was shocked to be honest I don’t appreciate being walked in on while my husband is loading our vehicle for departure. If this was for maintenance they should be told of guest departure time and confirm checkout before entering someone’s space. Felt violated and unsecure.
