Family Vacation

Great place and great customer service. Their team was on point with small items that needed attention, and they were very prepared for the storm that approached during our stay.

Amazing

Truly beautiful house and private beach. The weather was the best we've ever had. All 4 master bedrooms had equally beautiful views and balconies. We very much enjoyed our stay.

If you expect quality in the details of the home to match the price, this is not the rental for you. Yes, the rooms were accurately photographed/described (except the master has no closet & one bathroom's toilet is 4 inches from the washer/dryer). Yes, we loved the location and beach access. However, the home was in very bad shape. In the garage, the sheet rock is falling on the floor, there are large chunks of corners where drywall is missing in multiple locations, the walls and cabinets needs to be repainted where paint is pealing and water has damaged, the outdoor kitchen is rusted and the door cabinet is handing off its hinge, there is dust build up on the top of all headboards and at all louvered HVAC doors/shutters, the curtain rod in the master is held together by duct tape, there are stains on the furniture, and there are missing boards on the beach side of the pool foundation. It feels very neglected. When we arrived, we reached out to the management company extremely dissatisfied with the condition (sent pictures) and voiced concern on the HVAC unit. They sent the tech right out, but never addressed comments about the condition even after we asked multiple times. I even asked for someone to reach out to me after check out prior to this review. They still have not reached out. We have rented many homes on this platform and this was the first time we walked in the door and were truly disappointed.
