Our home is a unique, family-friendly haven with an exceptional location in the heart of Seattle. Situated close to parks, bus stop, minutes drive from downtown, Chinatown, Capitol Hill, stadiums, and so much more, this ideal location provides easy access to all Seattle has to offer. Amenities include rooftop deck, a cozy patio/backyard, and modern, spacious and inviting interior, perfect for gatherings. With a dedicated and welcoming host, your stay is guaranteed to be comfortable and memorable.

- 1 bedroom with a Queen size bed, portable fan + 1 full bathroom with bathtub

2nd Floor
- Spacious living room with gas fireplace, stocked with board games

Nicely furnished and attractively decorated house. The beds all had excellent mattresses. Very responsive and pleasant hosts. Very clean. It's worth mentioning that the two larger bedrooms are up two flights of stairs and that the bedroom on the ground level is cramped for a queen mattress. But those are quibbles. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Great place with good space

Check in was great— got to town slightly early (an hour) and messaged to the host who was able to accommodate a little early access. Good place for our group (4 adults, 2 kids)—plenty of space. We had nice evening weather so the roof space was lovely!

Very clean and lots of space. The location was great - close to both major interstate highways, so it was easy to get anywhere. Be aware that there's no air conditioner in one of the upper level bedrooms, so if you visit during the hotter months, it can be harder to sleep. The AC in the master bedroom stopped working on our last night, and we struggled to sleep. Luckily, it was only that night.

Amazing beautiful accomodation

Wow!! This was a fantastic accomodation with lots of extra touches and everything that you would need !! Being an STR host myself , I was extremely impressed with this home !! Everything was smooth land the host was very responsive and helpful . We had a fantastic time during our stay and I would HIGHLY recommend to others !!

Our family had a wonderful SeaFair long weekend in the city we called home for 4 years (we lived in Belltown in the first decade of this century).This abode has a great kitchen and is convenient to most places in the region. Two bedrooms are located on the top floor, below the great roof top area. On room is on the bottom floor. A/C in one bedroom and the main living room/kitchen area. Bathrooms are not huge but excellent. Be aware: these are not “blackout “ dark bedrooms on the top floor. I used a mask and that helped. There’s significant morning noise from jets landing at SeaTac. The airport is NOT near, but the planes approach where you can hear them. Earplugs solve this. Overall, a wonderful stay in a very clean, comfortable place. Our grandkids told me to buy a place in Seattle, they had such a good time. Our hosts were top-notch.
