Absolutely loved this property. Very convenient location. Property is in beautiful condition and exceptionally well equipped and supplied. Beautiful appliances in a very spacious kitchen.I did remote medical education and the WiFi worked perfectly.Just a great property all around.

Beautiful location, very close to the university. The apartment was well appointed, warm and welcoming. Exceeded our expectations. We loved the chickens.I have recommended this location to several friends who live in the New England area who like to go to Burlington.We enjoyed very much meeting Lyn and learning about the property. I would recommend this location to anyone who doesn’t have trouble walking upstairs.Loved the washer and dryer on the first floor

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The property was updated and comfortable. Access was easy to the property and parking was a breeze right in front of the unit. The campus and the downtown areas were short drives. One morning we did make the 1.7 mile, one-way walk to the lakefront and then back up through the city center since the weather was nice; overall about a four mile walk.

Really lovely,charming property surrounded by lush plants, flowers & trees. Our hosts lived nearby so if we needed anything they were there to help. Location was perfect - close to Burlington & Winooski’s great restaurants & shops and the waterfront parks on Lake Champlain, plus the University of Vermont & hospital & St Michael’s College. The home was very clean & well stocked with everything we needed including great modern kitchen appliances, a beautifully updated bathroom & lots of windows & natural light throughout the living area & bedroom. Comfy beds & bedding made for a very peaceful night’s sleep. It was just perfect & we can’t wait to return!!!

Spacious Carriage House

Wife and I stayed 3 nights. Very pleasant stay. House is in a wonderful neighborhood and convenient to everything Burlington has to offer. We found it immaculate, comfortable and very well stocked. Communication with Lyn and Bill was good. We highly recommend this carriage house.

This was truly one of the best Vrbo experiences we’ve had to date. The carriage house was absolutely charming — beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and perfectly situated. Its location couldn’t be better - close to all of Burlington’s highlights with easy access to explore the rest of the state. Every detail was so thoughtfully considered, from the spacious, well-equipped kitchen to the comfortable sleeping areas and ample storage. The décor is warm, tasteful, and inviting—you can tell the hosts put genuine care into creating a truly memorable stay. We can't wait to return!
