Was a great place for our family trip! Loved having the fence around the pool so we could safely enjoy the patio with our toddler. Older kids loved the game room, and lots of space to spread out.

Great Stay

Wonderful pool/recreation areas, extremely clean and an easy drive to downtown St. Augustine.

Our family vacation stay here was absolutely wonderful! The house was perfect for grandparents, parents and children. The pool/hot tub and outdoor eating area was extremely spacious. The home is very family friendly with all the games and garage toy room especially on the rainy days we had! Proximity to everything was great and easy to get around.Host was extremely helpful and responsive with any questions we had.We would highly recommend this house to anyone thinking about renting.

The house was very comfortable and in an excellent location. We couldn’t use the pool due to the cold weather but it was a lovely space and lots of floats etc provided. Roberta, the host, was also very welcoming and helpful. We will definitely be back!

We have been in st Augustine every year for nights of lights for the past few years . this property was by far one of the best we have stayed at the host Roberta was very attentive to any of our needs, the house was clean and well stocked and spacious with alot of amenities and in a good location. the back yard is also special with heated pool, hot tub and a nice covered patio. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect location!

The house was perfect for heading to the beach and to downtown. Loved the 3 king size beds! We really enjoyed the games and the hot tub!

Wonderful, relaxing retreat

Everything was wonderful and as described. The patio and pool were perfect for unwinding. The host, Roberta, was great and very mindful of anything a guest might need.

We GREATLY enjoyed our stay and the home! We had almost everything we needed provided already in the house. Beautiful area and the kids really enjoyed having the pool in the back yard. Our only complain would be the comfort of the bed mattresses, they were a bit too firm for our liking but everything else was great!

Christmas getaway

Our group had a magical Christmas getaway in beautiful St. Augustine! We couldn’t have had a better experience in this home! It was exactly as pictured, beyond comfortable, had all the conveniences you would need and the host was responsive and so easy to deal with. She went above and beyond and even decorated the house for Christmas!we will definitely stay here again!

Our host knew things were needed before we did. Ie batteries for door lock. She sent batteries and instructions. Awesome. House was exactly as pictured. Kitchen was totally stocked with items. Enough games to keep everyone happy. Loved porch area. Spent a ton of time out there. Even during a storm. Lol. Pool was fantastic. Spent lots of time in the hot tub. Bedrooms were comfortable. Plenty of room. Roberta was so attentive. Made sure everything worked. She is more than 5 stars. Looking forward to being back next year.
