Excellent cabin at the marina! Extremely clean and had everything we needed including comfy bed and pillows. Loved eating at Linwood Cabin Bar and Grille down the road. We would definitely stay here again!

Property was exactly as advertised. It exceeded my expectations related to cookware and kitchenware. Lots of fluffy towels were provided as well as comfortable beds. Host was extremely responsive. We will be back.

Great getaway spot tucked away but just down the road from several food choices. Absolutely the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed in and we travel a lot! Owners had everything we needed for the weekend. We really enjoyed the fire pit at night and the quietness of the location.

Perfect stay!

The house was perfect! So clean and updated. The host supplied everything we needed, down to food and water bowls for our dog. WiFi was fast! All around just a seamless stay and would definitely recommend!

Great place! We were last minute looking for a place that was near a convention on the Riverwalk of Bay City that allowed for our pup to join us (as our care plan for her fell through) and enough amenities for our new born to be cared for during the trip. Happy to have found Linwood Elite Resorts Duck Dive. The property was great, and it was certainly newly built!As travels, we would suggest you pack using more suitcases rather than wardrobe hangers as hanging space is minimal. The welcome basket was wonderful and the checkout requests were quite respectful for travelers.We shared the rental with another couple on the trip and they quiet enjoyed the two beds and desk space on the second floor.
