The bay was surprisingly warm which was nice. We enjoyed the hot tub and beach. Plenty of amenities and well put together. Excellent place for the price!

What a wonderful experience at this lovely property. Clean, cute decor, and lots of thought was put into the needs/wants of their guests. Questions were promptly answered in the time leading up to our stay. Genuinely nice people to work with. Would not hesitate to book in the future.

Great stay overall! The communication was clear, check in was easy, the home has a great lake view, and everything was spotless. I wish I could give 4.5 stars instead of 5. The main reason this stay did not receive a full five-star review was the bed. We only used the queen bed, so I can't speak to the day bed or bunk beds, but the queen bed was horribly uncomfortable.

Cozy cottage on the bay! Equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, comfy beds, extras in the bath, tons of beach towels and flip flops! Hot tub was a bonus! Enjoyed every second!

This beautiful little lake cabin was a dream come true. The house had everything you could possible need on vacation. The area was well cared for and quiet, and many neighbors were so friendly offering beach toys for the kids to play with. The owners were quick to respond and answer any questions that we had. It was truly an amazing week and one that the kids will remember for years to come.

The view was absolutely incredible! Such a peaceful neighborhood. My family enjoyed all the games provided and the hot tub. We enjoyed finding shells on the beach and the beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Thank you!

Our stay in Bay City was great! The hosts were very responsive and helpful, the neighbors were kind and inviting, and the space had everything we needed - kitchen was fully stocked to eat/cook, beach towels, extra toothbrushes, shampoo/body wash/conditioner, and air conditioning. We also made good use of the puzzles and kids toys as well as the hot tub! Overall, we would recommend if you’re looking for somewhere cozy, kind, and clean for a chill beach vacation.

As others mentioned, the house had everything you could need. You can tell the hosts put a lot of thought into the details! My three children loved all the fun touches throughout as well. Very clean, cozy, and put together. The neighbor was very sweet and welcoming too. Overall, wonderful place to stay!

My sister and I came to the house for a mini vacation. The house was so clean and so tastefully decorated. It was perfect for our needs. The house has everything you could possibly need and don’t need to bring anything except clothing. They think everything, even nail polish remover. The hot tub was so clean and got so warm. That was our favorite part. The people in the neighborhood and neighbors were very nice and welcoming! Thank you so much for everything, we had a great time!

The cabin is small but oh so quaint. And the views are incredible. We even had a bon fire on the beach one night - very cool. And, the owners were known by some local friends as being very kind, hard working people. I will definitely rent from here again!

We feel that the Bay City area has a lot to offer. We are located on the Saginaw Bay between the Saginaw and Kawkawlin Rivers. Our community is growing quickly and becoming a vacation destination for many. We boast antiquing, quaint shops, and a large variety of resturants and bars. Our beaches and amenities are becoming more beautiful every year as residents, businesses, and municipalities are making continuous investments into our great waterfront community.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

We offer a quaint home located on a beautiful private beach. Our beach is not at all crowded. The neighbors are very friendly and welcoming to our guests. Everything you could need on your vacation is supplied in the home. You only need to bring yourselves, food, and yard/ water toys. Our guests enjoy watching sunrises and sunsets from the hot tub that looks out on the beach. The Lake House is unique as it offers both a lawn and a beach in the front yard. These are great spaces to play with your family and friends.
