Nick was easily accessible. Parking was a piece of cake. Lots of food choices nearby and within walking distance or the incline down to station square. Highly recommended….i come to Pittsburgh about 3 times a year. I dont think I’ll stay anywhere else in Pittsburgh again

331 Grandview Avenue Stay

The accommodation was perfect for our weekend getaway. The kitchen included refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee pot. The bed was very comfortable and just the right amount of space. The view was breathtaking and we enjoyed every moment of our stay.

Stay was great. The communication with the hosts was top notch. They responded right away when we had a question. The location is excellent. Many restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended!

AMAZING VIEW (from outside of apt building)

I will start with the view- it's amazing! You can't see the view from the apartment (there is no balcony for this apartment), but all you have to do is step outside. You can see the skyline, the river, the bridges, PNC Park (baseball), and Acrisure Stadium (football). The apartment is nice and there are several cool restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The property manager was responsive and kind. The neighborhood can be noisy at night so you might want to bring earplugs. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Unfortunately this stay fell far short of expectations. The floors throughout the unit are uneven — and overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired; this feels more like a place to crash for a night than somewhere to actually relax.The bigger issue was unit flooded during a rainstorm.

The apartment was nice. Kitchen and living area are very nice. Bedroom is a little small, but the bed was comfortable. If you're a couple staying the night for a concert, it's perfect. The kitchen was also big enough to make food in, etc. if you're staying longer. I wouldn't put more than two people here or maybe a couple and a child. The area has an amazing view, but it's a little sketchy at night. Within walking distance is a great little breakfast place, called Eggs and Moore, a bakery, ice cream shoppe, and other bars and restaurants. Nick was great regarding communication, and check in was super easy. A nearby church burned in July, so access the apartment via Bertha St. You have to park there anyway. Thanks, Nick, for a great stay!

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this Grand Avenue Apt. as it was sub-par to all those I've stayed in. It offers only the most bare basics in the kitchen (eg, only 1 small pairing knife, minimal utensils, no corkscrew or bottle opener, and no cooking supplies), the view is only from the street (not the apt), the wifi continually went out, the AC only cools the bedroom, and the mattress was lumpy and broken (listing significantly to one side against the wall). It's a shame as, with some attention and thought for the guests, it could be a very nice apt up on the hill. Hopefully the owner will make some basic improvements to create an acceptable rental.
