We loved our stay at this beautiful apartment! We only had a one night stay here, but wished it could have been longer! The apartment was spotless, bright and cozy! It was walkable to the falls and many restaurants! The host was responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! The price was reasonable and actually cheaper than most hotels we checked on! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Great studio apartment close to downtown and the Idaho Falls river walk. Great amenities and use of a gym was a bonus. Highly recommend!

This studio was much larger than expected! In a perfect location to walk to cafes, resturaunts, the river, and the Saturday market! It was spotless and super comfortable. Mitch was super responsive and even let us check in early!The only thing worth noting is that the walls are paper thin! We didn’t hear any other guests entering/exiting but when the neighbors TV was on we could hear everything. Overall a great stay, just maybe being ear plugs!

Place was in a good location, close to restaurants within walking distance.My only concern was that the bathtub was too high to get in and out. There is a small stepping ladder but it still feltdangerous to me

Such a great little apartment, in the downtown area, close to eating areas, short walk to a greenbelt, walked to the museum. The apartment felt large for a studio, bright and great amenities. Will definitely stay again when in the area!

Idaho Falls Downtown Stay

This apartment had everything a couple people could need. Very clean and had a spacious kitchen and layout. The location was walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops downtown. We enjoyed our couple nights here!

Best VRBO ever

It was an amazing day. I loved the fact that where we were we really didn’t have to drive around very many places we parked and restaurant shops all within walking distance I think the only time we ever gotten to the car was to go to the comedy show and that was it.

The apartment is very clean and beautifully decorated. The host was easy to communicate witha and very accommodating. I have severe asthma which is triggered by air fresheners, the host made sure the room was ventilated. We would recommend this host and apartment.

What a gem! this unit exceeded expectations on all levels - great location, nicely appointed kitchen - love the fridge water filter and ice maker. comfortable bed with a fold down full bed for the son and another pull out single so 5 would fit. Rented the penthouse for a game of pool which is now on my list of places to stay if I return to the Idaho Falls area - thanks M and M for a lovely stay

It was a nice little apartment but not very quiet at night with cars revving engines outside, the occasional fire truck taking off, voices of people ciming and going, doors slamming, and a neighbor who watched TV ALL night with volume way up. Unfortunately, I didn't sleep much at all during my stay.

Modern studio with everything you need

Keurig, toaster, utensils, Ninja blender, large fridge, creamer & coffee, & more. The only problem we encountered, which was no big deal, was the hand-held shower device in the tub didn't work. Other than that it has an elevator, stairs since on 2nd floor, and plenty of parking.

I felt a little unsafe with no way to bolt the door from the inside knowing anyone with a code or a mobile phone could unlock it.

Thank you for your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear you felt uneasy, as guest safety and comfort are very important to us. For clarity, the apartment door is equipped with an automatic deadbolt that locks securely when closed and features a clearly visible turn-knob on the inside for manual locking. Additionally, the building itself requires a private code for entry, providing an extra layer of security. I think it's possible this review may have been confused with another location as our codes are unique for each guest and the keypad locks are highly visible.
