This is a great stop between Salt Lake City and Yellowstone! It's a very pretty area, we really enjoyed walking along the Riverwalk! The apartment and building were great.

Loved the retro decor!!! And the little additions of paper towel flowers and bows! The washer sheets and chocolate on the bed were nice touches. Great location to downtown and the river walk. Excellent communication with the host prior to arrival. I would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Idaho Falls.

Clean, well appointed place that’s conveniently located within minutes of good eateries. Assigned parking was a thoughtful touch but we didn’t end up using it as parking was available over the weekend across the street.

We had a fabulous stay at Mitch & Mandy’s VRBO! Couldn’t have been better. It was extremely comfortable, the bed was great, the apartment was gorgeous. Very well appointed. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Mitch was extremely responsive with all our questions, and helpful with suggestions. I should also mention the apartment is perfectly situated in the middle of the town. Walkable to the park, a number of restaurants, great shops and Jimmy’s Flyshop. Good parking nearby. It was perfect!

Very cozy and located in the heart of downtown Idaho Falls, with lots of great restaurants and amenities within walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again. It was very clean, and the hosts were very prompt when responding to inquiries. Safe, clean, and convenient.

Great stay in downtown. We took advantage of the location by walking on the trails by the falls and dinner in downtown. Everything was really nice and peaceful. We truly appreciated the scent/chemical free environment in the property. Quiet, cool, comfortable, and not a poison gas chamber like chain hotels. Well done with nice touches!

The location was great!! Everything is walkable. The only draw back is that there is not a great place to gather or hang out. The coach is not comfortable, we used it for luggage. Overall, the place is a great spot to stay as long as you don't have a lot of down time or need to entertain.

The property was exactly like described. The host was extremely responsive to any questions. This is a great property and an excellent location with lots of restaurants, shops and a short walk to the Greenbelt and falls. If you are looking for the perfect location in Idaho Falls, this is it.

The location was fantastic and an easy walkable downtown. Parking was not a problem (we did have a car). The condo was perfect; the bedding was comfy, the bathroom roomy, the kitchen area resourceful. It was perfect. The communication with the hosts was quick and responsive. They made our stay a fabulous one!

The room was newly renovated with eclectic decor & very nice building materials such as the tile in the bathroom and floors throughout. The appliances are clean and new. Pretty much everything you’d want is in the kitchen. The location can’t be beat! We loved the old building in the heart of beautiful downtown Idaho Falls. It’s within walking distance to the river walk, boutiques, restaurants, bakeries, theater and more. The price for what you get is excellent! I would have liked a more forgiving floor such as hardwood. Tile is cold and hard, despite being attractive visually. Idaho for us is cold generally and we appreciate coziness. We also loved the building with its interesting tile accents in the halls, the pinball machines & occasional exposed brick. The bed was comfortable though the pillows were a bit flat. There was plenty of bedding & enough towels though not enough places to hang them. No dresser drawers but a closet with some hangers & lots of space. I like a dresser so I’m not pulling underwear, socks, pajamas, hats, etc out of my suitcase. That is just my preference. I’m sure others will get along fine with alternative solutions. The host was very accommodating and polite. I’m recently crippled, so grateful for the elevator. An early flight in left us hanging around Idaho Falls for a few hours which was difficult for me (who has trouble walking) and an early check-in would have incurred additional fees that we didn’t feel were justified.

We loved that the kitchen was fully stocked. They also included a parking pass for a lot close to the property that we used for the Fourth of July weekend. Restaurants were within waking distance and were so good. And the Snake river and falls were so beautiful.

Awesome property. Manager is an excellent communicator. Room has a cool vibe; great place for a great nights sleep, getting work done, or enjoying downtown. Has everything you need for cooking, and within walking distance of plenty of great food, parks, and pubs. Excited for future stays.
