It's a wonderful property for traveling business partners, family getaways and friends traveling.
THE SPACE:
This spacious property is perfectly designed with every comfort for your enjoyment and tranquility. Equipped with a full kitchen, living room and dining space, Huge Roof Deck plus a back patio to help relax and unwind. The property is comprised of 6 bedrooms (10 beds) and 6 full bathrooms with free street parking around most of the property.
Detailed layout and bed sizes as follows:
- Basement: Bedroom #2 (queen + 2 single bed via trundle bed) +Bathroom #2; Bedroom #3(Queen + single sleeper sofa) +Bathroom#3; W/D.
- 1st floor: Kitchen, Living room, Dining space, Patio, Bedroom #1 (queen) and Bathroom #1.
- 2nd floor: *Unit begins on 2nd floor* Kitchen; living room; dining room; Bedroom #1 (queen + full ) + Bathroom #1.
- 3rd floor: Bedroom #2 (queen) + Bathroom #2; Bedroom #3 (queen + full) + Bathroom #3 ; 2x Juliet balconies ; W/D.
Note: The 3rd floor sofa was previously a sleeper sofa, but it can no longer be used as a sofa bed. It is available for regular seating only.
Located in downtown Philadelphia (South Philadelphia/Dickinson Narrows). A short ride to all tourist attractions (Independence Hall/Liberty Bell), festivities, great restaurants, shopping, and whatever else you may need. If you'd prefer not to walk, the bus stop or a taxi/uber is literally just outside your front door. This neighborhood offers close proximity to Passyunk Square with all the great restaurants and bars in that section. There is free parking directly out the front door. This place is a real gem!

- ~12 blocks from the Italian Market! Famous Pats and Genos Cheesesteaks!

*** Roofdeck: We do not allow people on the roofdeck after 9pm due to potential for neighbor disturbances. This is monitored closely and will be enforced. If we receive a neighbor complaint due to people on the roofdeck after this time, regulations require us to evict you without refund.
If you, your group, or reservation details are comprised of one or more of the following, we kindly ask that you send a property inquiry PRIOR TO BOOKING to avoid cancelation. You can do so by clicking ‘contact host’ under the listing property description and should include more about yourself and your group, age range of the group, and the total number of guests which will be at the property (whether spending the night or not):
*Local guests to the area or suburbs (within 45 minute drive) of the rental property
*University or High School students
*Reservation check-in falling within 10 days of booking
If you do not send us an inquiry prior to booking as described above, we have the right to request cancellation due to us being uncomfortable with the reservation under VRBO’s Instant Book Policy
