Onsite Assistance: Our front desk staff in the lobby are available to assist you and enhance your experience from the moment you step in.

IMPORTANT GUEST POLICIES

• Smoking is strictly prohibited.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Events, parties, and large gatherings are not permitted.
• Guests must be at least 21 years old to book a reservation.
• Same-day reservations must be made by 7 PM and at least 4 hours prior to check-in.
• The resort provides valet-only parking at a rate of $40 per night per vehicle. For extended stays exceeding 30 days, discounted rates are available. You will be responsible for paying the valet company directly during your stay.
• A $100 fee will be charged for any lost elevator fob.
