The outdoor pools are unheated and open from Memorial Day to Labor Day (closed on Mondays), with no lifeguards on duty. Access to the pool requires an added on-site fee of $100/week for up to eight people (rates are subject to change). Inquire at the office next to pool.

Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adults maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
There is a late check out fee of $75.00 + tax if available, and authorized.
