The house was spacious, beds were comfy, there were coffee pods available, lots of towels, and a cute farm house feel! The stay was perfect for my husband, me, and our three young children. It’s very close to our family, whom we were visiting, and we’re likely to use it again.

This was our second visit. We really enjoy getting to be so close to our family in South Knoxville when we visit. This house gives us space and lots of sleeping options for our big family. The location is quiet and peaceful, but only a 10-15 min drive to everything you could want or need.

I have a mixed review. First, the owners and families surrounding the property were very very kind. We came in after dark, so the house was a difficult to find. We had to knock on someone’s door to find it (he turned out to be the grandfather of the owner, who actually grew up in the house). It sits on a dead end street with other homes and the back is farmland which was nice. It’s very convenient to UT campus and downtown too. Out the front door you can hear the rooster waking the chickens! You cannot hear this inside so no worries! There are pluses and minuses to this home. The things mentioned above we’re all very nice. The pictures of interior do show the inside of the house but I think we were a bit taken back that it truly is “grandmas” farmhouse from the 60/70s /80s. It is stuck in time, which can make it a very unique property. There are no updates and the furnishings are from that time period. It also has that grandma house smell when you first walk in. There was no dishwasher (or we couldn’t find it) which we did not plan for after using quite a few of the dishes. Not a big deal of course we can hand wash dishes, but it was not expected.. It was very nice that it was a very well stocked kitchen compared to other places we have stayed that sometimes don’t have much. The mattresses are solid and a bit uncomfortable. However there were plenty of towels and there is a washer and dryer available. Quiet, clean, rustic.

Peaceful and quiet country setting close to town. I was in town for softball tournament so we didn't get to enjoy it very much.

Welcoming home near downtown knoxville

Our family stayed here for a wedding nearby. We loved having coffee on the porch in the mornings and seeing the animals. It was in a convenient location to the event spaces and downtown Knoxville. Owners were very responsive when an issue came up and we had questions. We would stay there again!

UTK Family weekend

Relaxing and Quiet

The Price Farm house was a charming stay. Comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed coffee on the front porch while listening to and watching chickens and goats across the road. It's peaceful location is a lovely contrast to the hustle and bustle of Knoxville. Highly recommend for a relaxing place to lay your head.

Beautiful Farm

Close to everything! Very hospitable people, so kind and thoughtful. They made us comfortable on the farm inviting us to join in with their daily chores that we wanted to know all about. They made our trip grand and we can’t wait to come back

A Country Charmer

The house is exactly as described, in a nice country setting. Less than a 20 minute drive to downtown Knoxville. The house was spotless with clean sheets on the beds and plenty of towels in the bathroom. Looking forward to staying here again!

Great Hidden Gem

We have stayed at Price Farm multiple times. It is very convenient to Neyland Stadium for football weekends. House is always clean and comfortable. Only drawback is the internet WIfi is really slow and would not be conducive for working remotely.
