Stay comfortably in Maryville at this spacious 3-bedroom townhome. Guests will find two queen beds, one full bed, and a sofa bed, perfect for families or groups up to 8. Three bathrooms make it easy to refresh after a day of exploring. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart 4K television to ensure each guest has their own entertainment. The Owner’s suite features an en-suite dual vanity with a wash closet while the two guest rooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. The main guest room also includes dedicated space for an included desk and office chair, with a printer/scanner available, to ensure you can take care of business whenever needed!

The lower level dining area includes seating for up to 8, with an open concept kitchen, stocked with all your cooking needs, including a Keurig coffee machine, pizza oven, air fryer, blender, toaster and utensils to prepare a variety of meals. The large living room sectional seats 8 adults comfortably, wrapping around a big screen 4K tv, perfect for winding down after a day full of adventure. Outside you’ll find a Weber grill, ready for any level of grill master to show off their skills.

Situated less than ten minutes to the Knoxville airport, only five minutes to downtown Maryville and within twenty minutes to UT-Knoxville, this beautifully appointed home will make your visit to beautiful Maryville, UT campus and the Great Smoky Mountains one for the books!

The house had many things for cooking. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer. The bedrooms were very nice. The location was great. Communication with the owner was good also. Neighbors were friendly and would wave or say hello.

Our stay at this Town House was exactly what we needed with a small family. Robert our hose was excellent. The property was furnished with everything we needed. The neighbor was safe, clean, and close proximity to dining and shopping. Highly recommend this place!!

This has been one of my favorite places in Maryville I have ever stayed! Robert is timely and his property is clean and well stocked! We wanted for nothing. The location can’t be beat. We will definitely be staying again!

Perfect. Host was so helpful and communicated well and responded quickly. Beautiful home, that had everything we needed, and location was safe, clean, and easy to get most places in Knoxville and Maryville.

I cannot say enough about this townhouse. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. And it smelled so clean and fresh. All of the beds were extremely comfortable. The neighbors were very friendly. We were in Tennessee visiting family in Knoxville. We did take some time in Maryville, we visited the Maryville Harley Davidson and had brunch at The Shed right next door. We would definitely come back here again.

Property was very clean, like new condition all around.Beds were comfortable, linens were great, appliances fantastic. Was very well stocked with spices, dishware, pots and pans. Location is great for Alcoa area. If visiting for UTK great spot, drive takes no time. Plus 5 minutes from airport.Also, it wasn’t quite clear, but there are 3 bedrooms all upstairs. The stairs are carpeted and in great shape, but keep in mind if older people staying there is no downstairs bedrooms.Highly recommend this property

What a delightful Vrbo experience! From the pre-visit communication with Robert, who is very politely responsive, to the welcome basket of goodies and the full complement of amenities, including but not limited to TVs in all 3 bedrooms, expertly arranged bathroom towels and bedding, a "smart" refrigerator, and a binder guide of information, including local dining suggestions, it did feel like a new home away from home. It was a perfect getaway.The area continues to grow, and I feel certain that additional options for places to visit and eat will be included over time (I do recommend Dutch Bros coffee and Just Love Coffee&Cakes for those morning pick-me-ups!).:)

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

Tucked away from the busy-ness of Knoxville but a quick drive to downtown, airport and Smokies made this location highly desirable. This home is an end unit, oversized yard included, with limited noise from the nearest road, as it is situated on a dead-end with no pass-through traffic. Walmart, Target, Kroger, Publix, Foothills Mall and other shopping is within 5 miles of the home and new restaurants are popping up every day, it feels like!

A minimalist by nature, this home is rid of clutter and enables you as a guest to make it your own during your visit. WiFi speeds of up to 1gig with a mesh network allows all guests to enjoy their devices or take advantage of the four (!) large screen Smart 4K televisions. A separate working space in the guest room ensures that business can be handled when needed, along with ample counter and dining space for those guest that need to leverage multiple workstations.
