We had a family of 12 celebrating retirement, and the house was perfect to have everyone comfortable. The house was very clean. Parking was a bit challenging and the host recommended parking area nearby. The location is perfect and everything we need during our stay was available. Host was very friendly and very helpful. We will definitely use them again in our future trip.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful, comfortable, well appointed, and surprisingly quiet. Such a cool, vibrant area that is close to everything! Would definitely stay again!

Lovely property with a round window ! Rooms were comfortable kitchen well stocked Very convenient location with restaurants cafes within walking distance We had an absolutely wonderful stay !

This was a perfect place for our family trip to DC. It had plenty of space for two families of four, the house was clean and had great extras (coffee, shower stuff, etc.). The host was responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend!

So easy to get around without a car. Safe neighborhood. Grocery and coffee nearby. Churches and playgrounds nearby.

DC wedding

This was a perfect place - large enough for whole family, very comfortable (beds, shared spaces, etc), and was a great location for both site seeing and wedding activities. Thank you for a wonderful place!

Had most of what we needed for our stay. Patio wasn’t really usable and no grill for outdoor cooking. No ice maker in refrigerator so had to buy ice to keep stocked. Location was walkable and therefore cost a great deal more for our family. Difficulty with TV on 3rd level and could not access internet nor TV apps even after contacting host about issue. Some of the mattresses were very uncomfortable and informed the owner. Do be aware to keep garbage covered outside since we saw two large rats from the living room window. Not recommended for older adults that have difficulty with stairs since only a half bath on first level. I would probably try a different property next time rather than returning here.

DC trip

Check in was okay but needed to contact manager to get in to part of the house and parking was not convenient and misrepresented in original communication. The location was great and manager very available and helpful when needed. Lots of stairs for older adults and other areas that can be challenging for seniors (no grab bars in bathroom and slight inclines entering bathrooms to name a few) also not everything was working properly including ice maker and one toilet and shower. Having said all of this we really enjoyed our stay. The availability of the manager was a big plus and location was perfect.

The property looked very clean on arrival, but within a day we found a large cockroach, likely a palmetto roach, and mice inside the home. The host said the issue was treated, yet we later saw mice again inside and heard scratching in the walls. And another cockroach, an American cockroach, appeared after treatment. Cockroaches and mice are vermin that can carry disease and bacteria, making this an unsanitary and unsafe environment. We are still waiting for some type of refund.
