We had a fantastic stay! The property was beautiful and the house was very clean. Favorite thing was the hot tub and taking kayaks on the lake. The kitchen is huge and was spacious for our 8! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

What a wonderful lakeside escape this sounds like — we're so glad you had a fantastic stay! It's great to hear the home was beautiful and spotless, and that the hot tub and lake kayaks were such highlights; there's nothing quite like being right on the water. We love that the roomy kitchen gave all eight of you space to gather comfortably. Thank you so much for spending your time with us, and we'd love to welcome you back anytime.

We had such a lovely girls weekend here! It is absolutely stunning. We had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the dock, fire pit, and hot tub. The hosts responded promptly to a couple of questions we had. One thing—a few of the appliances were a little tricky to figure out—the oven, ceiling fans, and indoor fireplace, but the ladies put our heads together and figured each out. Would definitely go again

Dock time, fire pit chats, and hot tub soaks sound like the perfect girls' weekend lineup! We love that the group teamwork conquered the tricky appliances, and we've shared that feedback so instructions are clearer going forward. We'd be delighted to host you all again!

Beautiful home. Comfy living area to gather with family and great downstairs games area. We especially loved the deck. We were ages 8 to 79 and everyone loved it. Be aware though that you’ll need to be able to climb stairs to get to main living space. Once there you will find two bedrooms and a bathroom so no further climbing necessary.

It's lovely to hear the home worked for everyone from age eight to seventy-nine. Glad the living area gave your family a good place to gather, the downstairs games space got some use, and the deck was a favorite. Thank you for noting the stairs to the main level; that's helpful context for future guests. We hope to host you again in the future.

Alot of times these days we are disappointed with what we are told in relation to what we actually get. But this house did NOT disappoint. The pictures don't do it justice! Highly recommend.

That's high praise, and it means a lot — setting expectations honestly is something we care about, so hearing the home exceeded them made our day. The photos really don't quite capture what it feels like to be there in person. Thank you for the recommendation, and we'd love to welcome you back anytime.

4th of July

1 of 3 showers did not work. 2 of 3 bathrooms did not have shampoo/conditioner/bath gel/soap in shower. Started with inadequate # of towels(had to call for more). Came in at 10 one nite and the entrance code had been changed.

We didn't have any direct communication with the host. All our communication was between VRBO and AvantStay, and it was excellent. The home was exactly as advertised. The game room was very nice, the kids loved it. We liked the kitchen amenities. We had plenty of cooking, eating, and drinking items. There are a few upgrades you may want to consider. There were no dressers in the bedrooms, which meant we had to live out of our suitcase. There were no tvs in the bedrooms. There were no extra blankets for the beds. The main floor bathroom has mold around the shower light. It looks like there may be a slight water leak from the upstairs bathroom. Minor points to be sure, but details that could improve customer satisfaction.

Your input is very helpful, and we hope to host you again under even better conditions.

House was great. Rooms and beds were as listed. Basement with game room was awesome. There are in fact kayaks and paddleboards on the property, so no need to rent additional. That would provably be my only complaint is that I had reached out in advance of my trip to confirm if these were included with the property and the management team replied “No” so I spent money to rent equipment that wasn’t necessary. Overall we had a great trip and all guests were very pleased with the house.
