Beautiful location. I mostly enjoyed sitting on the patio, drinking my coffee in the morning by the river. Everything in the Rental was clean, and well stocked for what we needed.

We've stayed here multiple times. It is a nice place on stilts right on the river with great views from a huge balcony. Walkable to downtown shops, restaurants, bars , tramway , etc.

This place is very nice and taken care of! The property is so close to places in Grafton that we parked and walked to everything! It was nice to sit on the back and watch the river.

Great place to stay

Our stay was short but delightful. The house had all the essentials, was spotless, and offered a peaceful ambiance with a river view. We're already looking forward to returning in the spring for a longer visit.

Birthday getaway in Grafton

This house was perfectly located in town. We could have walked but drove due to the heat. It was clean, perfect spot, gorgeous sunrise and sunset weather and views of the river on the deck. Would definitely recommend this stay!

We had the pleasure of hosting Danielle at our VRBO property, and it was an absolute delight. Danielle was a fantastic guest in every way. They were communicative, respectful of the house rules, and left the property in immaculate condition upon departure. It's guests like Danielle that make hosting such a joy! The house was very clean and up to date. The sunroom really topped our stay off with beautiful views of the river. We didn't use the washer/dryer but it was nice to know that those were also available. The dishwasher was a big plus for us too. We will definitely be coming back to stay again!

Great property!

This property was so convenient to get to, beautiful views, and a lovely interior! We were blown away at all the extras that were given: coffee, creamer, popcorn, soap, shampoo, lotion, and much more! The beds were big and comfortable. The sunroom overlooking the river was my favorite!

The house was amazing !!! The pictures did not do it justice. The house was spotless, the decor was so cute , anything and everything you could have needed for the kitchen was there, within walking distance of all the Main Street attractions, but our absolute favorite part of the house was the sun room!! The view of the river was so relaxing . We would definitely rent this house again when we visit . Thank you VRBO host

A Great View and a Wonderful Cottage

The cottage is fantastic! The views from the deck or the screened porch are great. The interior seems to have been recently updated. Very clean and comfy.It is within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and nightlife. Also walking distance to the Aerie Skylift and winery. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone. We would definetly stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay in Grafton and would recommend this place to anyone coming to the Grafton area. It was in a great location for walking to town. Our favorite place was the back deck watching the river traffic! My only negative comment would be the automated responses we got back from the host. I asked for the access directions and if we could check in early and only received an automated response with general check in directions and a general welcome. No answer to my “get in” early question. Certainly was not personal. That aside, we did have a great stay and the place was exactly as portrayed. Very clean and we all loved the fluffy, soft, large bathroom towels. We could not get the TV in the living room to work, but that was probably just us!!
