I have rented this property in the past and hope to continue the yearly tradition. It is clean, comfortable, well appointed and private. The location cannot be beat. I have a large family and we use the entire complex. We appreciate the many upgrades we noticed this year Never hesitate to rent this property. You will not be disappointed!

This property was perfect for our large group. The house was clean with a nice decor and great linens. It was well stocked- above what most properties offer. There were many outdoor spaces to enjoy the water view. Would come back!

This place came fully loaded with anything we could have possibly needed. From fully stocked kitchens, condiments, tea,coffee to loaded out door equipment. Beach chairs, patio furniture, 6 paddle boards, several kayaks, life jackets and about 6 bikes. Our family gathering of 18 had plenty of room and privacy as we rented all 3 units. We all enjoyed the outdoor activities and paddled across the water to a restaurant. Instead of heading into mystic like we had planned, we decided to hangout around the fire pit at night and enjoy our family The host we very responsive when one of the bedrooms was locked and we couldn't get into it and they sent someone over to unlock it for us. Overall great experience and we'd love to come in the future as it was such a great set up

We had a wonderful Family Reunion for Thanksgiving at this amazing property! There was plenty of room for all; great gathering spaces; well stocked kitchens; and comfortable sleeping for everyone! We will definitely be back! Thanks so much for a great experience!

Beautiful location and great amenities. We really enjoyed all of the outdoor seating and grills. The waterfront property was lovely. There were plenty of bedrooms to comfortably fit our 17 person gathering, easily could have fit a few more. We had a great time sightseeing, quick drives to downtown and old Mystic. Wish the trip was longer!

We had a great time. The property was a perfect location for our family reunion. The property was clean and fully equipped for our needs. The bedrooms were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for group activities, cooking, and meals. The property has a great view of the cove. There are some nice hiking /running trails in the state park just north of the property.

Excellent experience

Thank you, David, for allowing us to stay at your property. We truly enjoyed our time there. The space was spacious and private, with a lovely fire pit by the shore. The beds were comfortable, and the utilities were well-suited for large groups.

This was our second stay at this property and it worked out great! It is very clean and has great amenities- washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchens for cooking, outdoor grills, huge outdoor picnic table with umbrella, solo fire pit with wood provided, beach chairs and towels. Our group was multi generational and we loved the available bikes, paddle boards and kayaks. The 3 separate living spaces worked great for us and allows some to stay up late, sleep in late or nap without disturbing everyone. We love the nearby beaches and parks and a short ride/drive to Mystic. Our only challenge were mosquitoes when we sat out after dark at the fire but the Host had nothing to do with that! The Host was accommodating and easy to work with. Our group has great memories of our week and hope to return again.

We have rented this property every October for the past several years for our large family gathering. As always, it’s spacious and well appointed. The beds are comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. We take full advantage of the kayaks, bikes and wonderful fire pit. The location is private yet within easy reach of downtown Mystic. We have made lots of memories here! We heartily recommend this property.

Perfect property for our mother’s 80th birthday family celebration! Plenty of room with enough separation for downtime. Close to so many activities and great restaurants! Every evening was spent by the fire pit. We had no issues at all. Highly recommend the property and the hosts. Thanks again for having us!

Great Place

This place was perfect for us and it was the best stocked rental we have ever had. Glasses, plates, towels. Air conditioning was great and easy to adjust. Plenty of chairs on the balcony and by the fire pit. There was also a folding table and chairs we setup to fit all 9 people for eating. Nice place.

Family wedding

Our stay was absolutely perfect. I rented with the need to accommodate 18 family members for my sons wedding in Mystic. The accommodations worked perfectly- the host even recommended a food truck to come by for one evening. the view is delightful. the host is terrific. Couldn’t have been better!

This is an amazing property and a fantastic location. When I first walked in, I was so happy that I chose to say here. It was beautiful , clean and so spacious ! I chose this home to have my pre-Christmas get together for my family. My kids/grandchildren live in different states and this location was in the middle of all of us. It was so perfect and exactly what I was looking for. The surrounding areas were so pretty as well and we spent a special night at Old Mistick Village. It was decorated so beautifully with lights and shops all around. I also was able to catch an awesome sunrise one morning from the property . It also snowed one of the days there, which made it even more magical!Thank you, David, for renting your beautiful home to me. It could not have been a more perfect stay!

Everything was excellent, great layout for large groups, clean and lots of essentials provided.Our only comment for improvement would be for goose poop in the yard to be tended do. There was a significant amount, making it hard to navigate in/out/around the outdoor fire pit area. I would definitely stay here again!

This was easily the best stocked property I have ever stayed in. Plenty of good quality spices, coffee, dishes and everything else one needs for a relaxing getaway. The location was fantastic with plenty of options to hangout around the property or things to do nearby. The host and property manager were both very accessible and responsive. Communication was fantastic and they were flexible and reasonable. This is a fantastic choice for a peaceful getaway with a large group.
