Splendido lungofiume e spazioso condominio (circa 1300 piedi quadrati) costruito nel 2006 con vista sul fiume incredibile e facile accesso alla spiaggia; circa 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Il soggiorno ha un bel camino a gas, una grande TV a schermo piatto con TV via cavo e lettore DVD, comodi posti a sedere e ingresso al balcone con vista sul fiume Necanicum. Propano barbecue e sedie da esterno fornite. Master camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale con vista oltre a TV via cavo e connessione internet wireless gratuita. Il bagno principale ha contatori di granito e combo doccia / vasca idromassaggio con bordi in granito. La cucina è ben progettata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, ripiani in granito, splendidi mobili in legno e lavastoviglie. La seconda camera ha un altro letto matrimoniale e anche il bagno completo è appena fuori dall'accesso della camera. Palestra disponibile solo per adulti (dai 18 anni in su). Ripostiglio con lavatrice / asciugatrice anche nell'unità. A pochi passi da qualsiasi parte della città. Parcheggio recintato per solo 2 auto, non fumatori o animali domestici.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Clean, new carpet, well stocked kitchen, great layout, quiet, easy walk to the beach, easy drive to other towns on the coast. We loved our stay!

Will definitely stay again!

It was our home away from home with everything we needed. And there was so much more to make our stay perfect - property is right on the river, beach access only about 3 blocks away, quiet, serene, and safe. Property manager is professional & quick to respond.

Seaside escape

Great location, a short walk to activities in the heart of Seaside, but removed enough to have some quiet time. We enjoyed it as a central location for day trips to Cannon beach, Astoria etc. The apartment was very spacious, clean, beds were comfortable, except for the pullout daybed.

Nice and spacious

My family had a great time staying in a very clean, spacious place, it has everything you need to make your stay pleasan. Even though you can’t see the ocean but the river has one of the gorgeous views. The place is bigger then the pictures. We will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful and quiet

This place is within a 10 minute walk to Broadway. It is far enough away though that it is quiet and peaceful. It is so clean and so cozy. One of the best places we ever stayed.

Lovely, clean condo in great location

We love staying a little outside of downtown in Seaside. The beach is just about three blocks away so an easy walk, or there is a parking lot right there if you have limited mobility. They have added a kind of carpet/path by that parking lot which makes it much easier to walk through the dunes, which I really appreciated for my niece with limited mobility. The beach on this end of town is much quieter than if you stay right in downtown. I love the bike shop right on the corner; you can rent bikes for low tide which is great for the kids. I believe the cost is cheaper than the bike shop downtown and I like the owner. The condo was really clean, comfortable beds, great showers, kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the view of the river. I would absolutely stay here again.

Spring break getaway

The condo was nice. Loved the balcony. Beds a tad soft for us. Well furnished. A lot of buffering when streaming shows. Great parking & 15 min walk to the center of town. The bumper cars were fun and the arcade a hoot. Aquarium is small, only $5/person, good for rainy days. Restaurants: Finns was good and had a nice outdoor seating area with table fireplaces. The fish tacos were wonderful and the ginger rice was very tasty. The crab cakes and the calamari were fair. I also thought the tuna Poke was good, fresh tasting. Mo's was overall a 2. The views are great but food, not so much. The chowder was disappointing, little flavor on the food. Blackened shrimp skewers were good.

Great getaway weekend

We had an impromptu weekend at the beach and it was the perfect place to be! Walking distance to beach and town. Excellent living space and place to enjoy time with family.

Cozy stay

The fireplace was perfect after 2 days in the rain!! We noticed you didn't have any coasters though so we bought some that are beach themed for your condo as a thank you! Everything was clean, comfy beds!

The home was beautiful just a little outdated with its decor. The master bedroom bed needs some serious upgrade as it was like sleeping on a bed of rocks. The AC also needs to be upgraded. The great thing about this property was the ease of checking in and out.

Great Condo Close to the Beach

This was a great place to stay. The condo was spacious and the location was great, just a short drive down to the beach. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.

Exceeded expectations!!! If you bring food and clothes everything else was provided including gas grill. Condo in good condition with beautiful kitchen. Lovely view, close to downtown and outlet stores a few blocks away. Would love to stay again next year.

Comfortable Condo

Really enjoyed staying at this clean and comfortable Condo. So quiet and safe with the gates and well lit parking lot. The view of the river was pretty. We crabbed off of the 12th street bridge but didn't get any keepers. Great location. I would stay here again.

Property mishaps

There is no bbq grill as we were told and as advertised. Housekeeping did not do a through job as there was garage under the beds. There was an electrical cord missing for griddle. No paper towels. Glad I brought my own

terrible couldn't use elevator. Dirty hall ways parking space #41 had workers scaffolding. had to find empty space. Over charge property totally being renov a ted for the last (9) months.

Not ready for prime time

The condo has great potential. Pro: The rooms are very nice and large. Decor was nice, but very sparse. (Found many pictures and items in the master closet. They had not been put up yet.) It was close to all the Seaside attractions. Con: No laundry soap, no dish soap, dishes were in the washer but not run, knives in the knife block had food on them, onion skins in the silverware drawer, someone else's clothes were left and not cleared out, TVs had to be reset. Bedroom TV had to be plugged in, the Fire TV located, the dongle located and power cord purchased. It just wasn't ready to receive guests. The cleaning service should be fired for not finding most of these things and someone should have checked to see if the condo was set up for use. When these issues get fixed, it will be a great place!
