Step into the ultimate alpine getaway at our 5-bedroom condo nestled within the Verbier complex. This condo unit offers unparalleled comfort, breathtaking views of the Tremblant ski hills, and unrivalled access to both outdoor adventure and luxury amenities. This home has access to the exclusive Verbier Spa Pavilion, and backs on to Le Geant Golf Course. Just 1.5 km from the Tremblant pedestrian village and ski slopes (free shuttle service is available), this home is conveniently located to all local activities, dining, and experiences.

Living Area
Enjoy the serenity of the mountains while being in a quiet neighbourhood in our meticulously designed condominium. The spacious living area welcomes you with sleek modern furnishings, floor-to-ceiling windows, a cozy gas fireplace, and high-end finishes. Step outside to the large private balcony, featuring a comfortable seating area perfect for relaxing on warm summer evenings.

Kitchen and Dining
Create delicious meals in the chef-inspired kitchen, fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances. You’ll find all the cutlery, cookware, bakeware, and dishes you need for dining in—ideal for evenings when you’re not exploring the flavors of Tremblant’s restaurants.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
This home has 5 bedrooms. On the main floor, you’ll find bedroom #1 and #2, each with one queen bed. Upstairs, there are 3 additional bedrooms. Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed. Bedroom #4 is perfect for littles with a single over double bunk bed and a Smart TV to keep the kids busy. The primary bedroom, room #5, features a king size bed along with a full ensuite and private balcony. For additional sleeping space and infants, you’ll find a murphy bed and a collapsable crib in the bunk bedroom.

On the main floor, there is one full bathroom and one half bathroom. Upstairs, there are two additional full bathrooms including the primary bedroom ensuite.

For those who work on the go, there is a dedicated workspace in the upstairs nook overlooking the dining area.

Parking is a breeze with two covered spots. There's also a secure ski and bike storage room, catering to your outdoor adventure needs. Guests with electric vehicles can utilize the 50amp, 250 volt charging port. You will need to bring your own EV cord to use this outlet.

Verbier Pavilion
Guests at Verbier enjoy exclusive access to a pavilion spa with an outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, and sauna. After a day of skiing or hiking, relax in the sauna, take a dip in the pool, or gather with friends and family in the lounge area.

Village Shuttle
The Verbier community has free shuttle service to the mountain, and direct access to bike and snowshoe/walking trails, making it an ideal location for outdoor enthusiasts. You will also have free access to the Verbier Spa Pavilion, offering an indoor dry sauna and gym, and an outdoor hot spa with a pool (summer) and fire pit.

Cuisine et salle Ă  manger
PrĂ©parez de dĂ©licieux repas dans la cuisine inspirĂ©e par le chef, entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e d'appareils Ă©lectromĂ©nagers de pointe. Vous y trouverez toute la coutellerie, les ustensiles de cuisine, les ustensiles de cuisson et la vaisselle dont vous avez besoin pour dĂźner Ă  l'intĂ©rieur - idĂ©al pour les soirĂ©es oĂč vous n'ĂȘtes pas en train d'explorer les saveurs des restaurants de Tremblant.

Chambres et salles de bains
Cette maison dispose de 5 chambres Ă  coucher. Au rez-de-chaussĂ©e, vous trouverez les chambres 1 et 2, chacune avec un lit double. À l'Ă©tage, il y a 3 chambres supplĂ©mentaires. La chambre 3 dispose d'un grand lit. La chambre n°4 est parfaite pour les plus petits avec un lit superposĂ© simple sur double et une Smart TV pour occuper les enfants. La chambre principale, la chambre n°5, dispose d'un lit king size, d'une salle de bain complĂšte et d'un balcon privĂ©. Pour plus d'espace de couchage et pour les enfants en bas Ăąge, vous trouverez un lit murphy et un berceau escamotable dans la chambre superposĂ©e.

Le rez-de-chaussĂ©e comprend une salle de bains complĂšte et une demi-salle de bains. À l'Ă©tage, il y a deux autres salles de bains complĂštes, dont celle de la chambre principale.

Pour ceux qui travaillent en déplacement, il y a un espace de travail dédié dans le recoin de l'étage qui donne sur la salle à manger.

Le stationnement est facilement accessible avec deux places couvertes. Il y a également un local à skis et à vélos sécurisé, pour répondre à vos besoins en matiÚre d'aventures en plein air. Les clients possédant un véhicule électrique peuvent utiliser le port de charge de 50 ampÚres et 250 volts. Vous devrez apporter votre propre cordon électrique pour utiliser cette prise.

1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The Management Company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered at the time of booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon with The Management Company.

2) The person booking the property must be 25 years of age or older and be always present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.

3) The Renter agrees to leave the property and surrender the keys/parking passes upon check-out. Any items not returned will result in forfeiture of appropriate portions of the damage deposit. Replacing each fob or pass will be 100 CAD.

4) The Renter agrees to remove all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles upon their departure, this includes all alcohol bottles. A breach of this policy will result in a forfeiture of 150 CAD retained from the damage deposit.

5) The Renter agrees to not smoke anywhere on the property. A breach of this policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit in full.

6) A cleaning charge is taken at the time of booking. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds, and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered required due to beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from the damage deposit at an hourly rate.

7) The Management Company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond its control.

8) If property damage occurs the Management Company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion to compensate the owner for costs incurred to repair or replace to like kind and quality.

9) The Renter hereby agrees and acquiesces to entry by the Management Company, the police, or the Town’s Licensing Bylaw Officers because of noise violation, occupancy violation or any other reasonable purpose.

10) The Management Company will not be liable for any injury, illness or death of the Renter, his/her guests, visitors, or any other persons that are injured as a result of the renters occupancy or actions.

11) The Renter agrees not to sublease or assign the property without written permission from the Management Company.

12) The Renter agrees not to order any services or material on behalf of the Management Company. This will result in a partial or full forfeiture of the damage deposit.

13) The Renter agrees not to engage in any unlawful or irresponsible activities or behaviour during their rental period that may result in injury or damage to himself/herself, his/her co-renters, or any other persons on the property. Engaging in such activities could result in eviction without refund.

14) The Management Company hereby undertakes to exert their best effort to address and resolve any emergencies that occur during the rental period of the renter in a timely fashion that limits any inconvenience to the renter. If the emergency is not caused by the renter and it cannot be remedied in a timely fashion and the property cannot be used in an acceptable manner resulting in the renter vacating the property, then the Management Company agrees to refund all or part of the rental cost. Alternatively, the Management Company shall exert their best effort to provide a comparable property for use by the renter for the remaining duration of the rental period. The Management Company will not compensate the renter by paying for alternate accommodation.
