We had a wonderful stay while moving our son to UW. The location was fantastic—close to campus and centrally located, which made getting around very convenient. The house was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. It was a great home base during a busy move-in week, and we would definitely stay here again!

This was a perfect spot for our long weekend in Seattle and in fact one of our favorite places we have stayed at. Host was extremely helpful and always responded promptly. Highly recommend this carriage house for your next Seattle stay!!

Very convenient place to stay in Seattle. Close to lots of things but pretty quiet part of town. Hosts did a great job communicating and making us feel welcome. A few evenings it was a bit warm in the house and so we got the fans going and it cooled down. For people used to air conditioning (we are from Iowa) you may need to utilize the fans to cool down in the late afternoon and evening.

This little house is a gem! The kids loved the upstairs room and decided to share it. The hosts are very communicative and it’s nice having an off street parking spot even though the space is narrow.

Fantastic spot for our family, and the hosts were wonderful. Only a 10-15 minute drive from any of the main Seattle tourist attractions, but close to plenty of other parks, restaurants and activities. We could not have asked for a better spot. Our kids adored the chickens, too — probably one of the highlights of the trip for them!

I can’t say enough good things about this property. So cool, what a find! My kids loved it and our especially sad to be leaving their new besties, Nugget and MJ. Also communication was exceptional, hosts were so kind and easy.Will return if we come back to Seattle!!!

Perfect place to stay for a quieter feel than staying downtown. The backyard is your own little oasis. It’s stocked with plenty of toys for the kids, including a slide for my youngest. The house was well stocked with everything you could need, including games and books for the little ones. The rooms were super cozy and cute. Laundry onsite was awesome. My family of 5 were there during a heat wave and there is no AC, like most Seattle homes, but there were plenty of fans to make it comfortable and a portable AC upstairs which was great. Communication was quick and easy.

Our hosts are amazing, so friendly and thoughtful. The house is adorable and was so well accommodated for kids. We enjoyed staying here so much, its so central to everything we needed to do, and so comfy. I highly recommend this home to stay in, it was absolutely great and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Fun Stay

Had such a fun stay at this place! The hosts were easy to contact and very helpful with addressing questions and providing recommendations. Place was stocked with all we needed and is close enough to downtown to easily Uber to and from.

Cute little cottage!

Our family had a great stay here for 5 days. The location was very convenient to downtown areas, the ferries, and the university area. We loved feeding the chickens and playing paddle smash! Host was great and gave us everything we needed.

Fabulous stay in Seattle

We came for my daughter's UW graduation and LOVED the carriage house. Great location, adorable place with all the extra touches. We will definitely book again for futurw trips to Seattle.

We enjoyed the cottage which was full of character and history with all the necessary amenities and more. Adorable children's nook upstairs. Comfortable beds. Perfect location.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the "chicken house". Jill provided so many amenities and we had fresh eggs whenever we wanted. The home was perfect for our week stay and we would certainly come back again!

Convenient charming fun rental with chickens

House was great. Our kids loved the chickens and the upstairs and all it’s nooks. Neighborhood was convenient, walked to sushi and coffee and good take out pizza. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely cottage!

I needed a place for me and my adult son, plus two elderly relatives who use walkers and can’t manage stairs. This place is easy to get into, with 2 comfy bedrooms on the ground floor. I would definitely stay there again!
