Excellent place to stay for a visit to Seattle! It was easy to get around on foot, by car, and by bus. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. The apartment has everything we needed.

Property was newly renovated, well stocked, and immaculate. Beds were very comfy. Host communication was excellent with many suggestions. Many local restaurants (easy walk out but bit of hill walking back but doable). Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic 2 bedroom in a perfect location for tourists. The kitchen was well appointed and the owner left snacks and coffee for us. The pictures are accurate- plenty of room to move about. The place was very clean, and the parking was a bonus. A perfect stay.

We came to visit our granddaughter in Seattle, we always stay at John’s property if we can.It is very nice he always provide a bottle of wine and bagels when we arrive, especially it helps when you arrive late in the night, and next day you have bagel and coffee for your breakfast!

We love this condo and it was wonderful to return. The place is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located to the Seattle Center, shops, and views. The condo provides a quiet, serene haven in the midst of the big city. It's a beautiful building and the condo is well appointed. We look forward to out next visit.

The place was amazing and well appointed. Plenty of linens and the beds were really comfy! The kitchen is amazing, with anything you could possibly need to create whatever meal you would like. The owner was very kind and allowed part of my group to enter the home early the day we were to arrive. This allowed my brother-in-law to not only drop off groceries, but he also surprise us with a little decorated tree and other festive touches. It really made for a wonderful holiday!

The studio was clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. Located in a beautiful neighborhood within walking distance of scenic viewpoints, City Center and great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location!

Lovely and comfortable property that is an easy walk to dining and activities. Very comfortable beds and a great kitchen. We didn’t use our rental car often, but greatly appreciated the reserved parking space. Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, appreciated the ample towel supply, kitchen small but very well done (and clean dishes, no teflon, etc.). Good location for City adventures. Quiet, beautiful grounds, private parking spot. There are stairs to unit get into unit 3. Friendly host and neighbors.

This property exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend for anyone visiting the area. It was close to basically everything and was very convenient for us to attend the Seahawks game. We can’t wait to visit again soon.

My two sisters from Texas gave an overall impression of high praise. They really appreciated the two bedrooms. Also the quietness of the property and the location close to other relatives in the area. The property was very clean and well kept.
