We spent 26 days in Apartment 103 and could not have been happier. The apartment is beautifully furnished, so comfortable, light-filled, and very well equipped for our extended stay.And then there is the view! The balcony overlooks Richardson Bay, and the panorama is simply gorgeous. We never tired of looking out over the water. When our daughter and son-in-law stopped by shortly before the birth of our grandson, they were absolutely gobsmacked by it—as were we throughout our stay.The kitchen was well-equipped, and we used it to prepare several dinners to bring to our daughter and son-in-law. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was invaluable, and we appreciated the widescreen television for relaxing in the evenings.The apartment is also wonderfully convenient. Our car was just steps away, with no flights of stairs to negotiate with luggage or groceries. Woodlands Market is about five minutes away, along with excellent coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants, including Malibu Farm, Servino, and Caprice.Most importantly, Lisa was a wonderful host—thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely concerned that we had everything we needed. Her handyman, Juan, was also a real asset, handling a few minor repairs quickly and efficiently.Apartment 103 was a wonderfully comfortable home base during the memorable weeks surrounding the birth of our first grandson. We loved staying here and would happily return. It will be our first choice whenever we visit Tiburon. Highly recommended.
