Welcome to 'Beachfront Oasis' at Pelican Beach Resort in Destin, FL! This luxury 19th-floor beachfront condo offers breathtaking Gulf views from your private balcony—perfect for coffee or cocktails. Enjoy a master suite with balcony access, sleeper sofa, Smart TVs, high-speed internet, and a fully equipped kitchen. Resort perks include 3 pools, 2 spas, a Tiki Bar, fitness center, and direct beach access. Close to HarborWalk and Big Kahuna's, it’s your perfect coastal getaway!

The space:

Kitchen: Stainless Steel range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, regular ground coffee machine & k-cups, toaster, blender, pots/pans, tupperware, full kitchenware

Master Bedroom: 1 King Bed, room darkening curtains, private full bathroom, TV, ceiling fan, and private access to balcony.

Guest Bedroom: 2 Twin Beds, plantation shutters, private door to guest bathroom, ceiling fan, and TV.

Living Room: Queen Sofa Sleeper, room darkening curtains, Smart TV, balcony access, and ceiling fan.

Washer/dryer in the unit.

Amenities: 2 beach chairs & umbrella to bring down to the beach, cooler bag, vacuum cleaner, iron & ironing board, hair dryers, Cable/smart TV, and high speed Wi-Fi internet.

Games: Yes.

Each guest is assigned their own unique door code for keyless entry.

Guests will receive an email 3 days prior to check-in containing all the information they will need during their stay. The door code will be emailed to guests on the day of check-in.

Fitness Center: Stationary bicycles, step machines, treadmills, free weights, and other exercise equipment (7am-10pm)

Basketball Hoop: Located on the 2nd level of parking garage. Basketball rental available at HOA Office (3rd floor by elevators) 8:30am-4:30pm ($40 cash deposit).

Sauna: Located near the fitness center.

Common BBQ Grill area: Located near grassy area by the Dolphin Pool

2 EV Chargers: Located on the 2nd level of the parking garage. (OK2Charge Level 2 with J1772 connector)

Washer and Dryer: Community laundry facilities are conveniently located on each floor near the center stairwell. Payment is accepted through the PayRange app.

We have looked at pelican beach resort for years but had never stayed there and I have to say I am glad we waited and came across this wonderful property! It was perfect for our little family’s beach vacation! Very clean and comfortable for us and loved that there was beach chairs, towels and coolers for us to use so we didn’t have to worry about any of that since we flew in! The resort was fantastic and clean and all the staff was extremely helpful. Especially enjoyed that they have waiters that come on the beach and take food and drink orders and deliver them right to your chair! My son loved all the pool options but what 4 yo doesn’t! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our family vacation as it allowed us to fully relax and just enjoy our trip! The hosts are the best and checked on us frequently and even offered us additionally nights that we truly wish we could’ve taken but our flights would not allow! Thank you so much for making our trip so wonderful, relaxing and smooth!

Great location. Building was undergoing elevator renovation and we actually got stuck in elevator for 5 minutes but then maintenance fixed the issue.

Kitchen pots and pans need to be updated.Many condo’s come with beach setup. This one does not. I was not allowed to use own beach chairs near the water.

The condo was nice but our chief concern is that half of the elevators were out. Waiting at times 10 mins or more to catch a ride up or back down. No information prior to our visit advised of this elevator issue.

This unit was very nice. Nice big tv. Good view of the ocean. Bathrooms nicely updated other than the guest bathroom shower. The shower trim was in need of cleaning also. Nice living room furniture. Floors were clean. Good location to restaurants and shopping. The beds in both bedrooms were quite creaky though which made it easy to wake their partners up. Maintenance was quick and efficient when dealing with our leaky sink. Our host was very responsive when we called about the leak. The patio chairs and table were very nice with the exception of an old lounger.

The host were very responsive and great to address the one minor issue we had. The condo was very clean and up to date. The resort itself was very strict and not allowing pool use. All other condos around us could swim but our resort keep the pools closed over every little thing. They also had a broken elevator for 2 days. The glass doors were locked due to high winds, which is understandable but left them closed even when wind wasn’t that bad. I will prefer to stay in Orange Beach, where they allow you to set at waters edge and put up your own tents.
