We would like to clarify a few points for our future guests. The statement that the "showers were not clean" is a misleading characterization of this guest's experience. The only concern reported was a minor discoloration on one of the shower head spray nozzles, and we addressed it immediately after it was brought to our attention. Regarding the laundry, there are washer and dryer facilities available on each floor of the building. These are shared resort amenities managed by the HOA and are not controlled by individual unit owners. The smoking concern was related to an isolated violation of the resort’s no-smoking policy. Pelican Beach Resort strictly prohibits smoking, and we advised contacting resort security so they could identify the source and address the situation. While we cannot control the actions of other guests staying in neighboring units, we always encourage reporting any violations so they can be handled appropriately.
