Holiday Villas III 501 – Gulf-Front Balcony, Heated Pool, Boat Dock & Walk to Indian Shores Beach

Balcony access is PROHIBITED during this time. There will be significant construction noise during this time. A 50% nightly rate discount has been applied to impacted nights. There may be noise during working hours (Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm).

Holiday Villas Unit 501 is a 2-bedroom / 2-bathroom Gulf front condo that accommodates 6 guests. Beautiful views of the beach and the intercoastal Waterway. Walking distance to several shops and restaurants. The location is prime with this condo! Beach access is right out your door along with a beachfront pool. Take a reprieve from the sun and enjoy your favorite beverage out on the balcony and also catch some of the most beautiful sunsets! Make memories and return to Holiday Villas 501 year after year.

Kitchen: Refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and 4-slice toaster. Basic dishes and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.

Dining Area: Table w/ 5 chairs, 3 stools located at the kitchen island, shelf, ceiling fan, sliding doors to the balcony which has a dining table with 5 chairs and 1 sun lounger. Gulf front and pool view.

Living Room: Sofa, loveseat, 2 chairs, ottoman, coffee table, TV and console cabinet, and end table.

Bedroom #1: Has a King-size bed, dresser, TV, chair, 2 nightstands, and an en-suite bathroom.

Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Single vanity and step-in shower. No tub.

Bedroom #2: Has 2 full-size beds, chair, nightstand, TV, and dresser.

Bathroom #2: Single vanity, tub/shower combination

Laundry: Shared coin-operated washer and dryer located on every floor

Outdoors: Communal heated pool with sun loungers, grilling area, outdoor dining, and tiki hut. Across the street is a private fishing pier and secure private boat dock! There is a boat launch just yards away from the private dock, making launching and loading up a breeze.

*This unit is on the 5th floor. The ground floor is parking and there is an elevator.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.
5. Strongly enforced 7-night minimum rental requirement.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Parking: This condo has 1 assigned parking space.

Within the quaint town of Indian Shores, you will find some of the best local restaurants, ice cream shops, coffee shops, and local beachwear shops as well as fiery sunsets. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, pristine beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It is home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the US. Just to the North is the cute town of Indian Rocks Beach featuring many local shops and stops. Mc Gough Nature Park is just over the main bridge, Walsingham Bridge and the park features wildlife such as owls, bald eagles, hawks, turtles, and more. Walking trails, playground with zipline, shelter houses, and restrooms. Local orange store Yellowbanks is just up the road from this park, it has Florida-grown citruses, juices, and fresh orange ice cream. The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.
