This cabin is located on Lake Washington, south central Minnesota's prime ice fishing lake. Located on the best bay in the area, this cottage sleeps up to 7 people with a fully stocked kitchen, living room, in-unit laundry and direct access to the best fishing bay in the area. This cottage is walking distance from a bar and grill, and a landing with access to the rest of Lake Washington. Located 10 minutes from Saint Peter and 15 from Mankato, there is no lack of activities or attractions in the area.

Beautiful

This property was perfect for a springtime girls weekend. Check in was very smooth and any questions asked through the app were answered promptly. The view is beautiful and rhe outside space was exactly what we were looking for.

We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin. It was for a sisters'/girls' weekend. The location was nice and quiet. We were able to explore the area with ease. The cabin was just right for our needs. It was wonderful to have dinner on our first night there out on the patio. We also loved the area set up for having a bonfire. Perfect setting!

Pleasant lakeside cabin in quiet neighborhood, excellent deck and patio with lovely view of the lake. Great sunporch, which was especially welcome during a passing rainstorm. We could enjoy the lake while staying cozy and dry. Friendly turtle in the front yard. :-) Would stay again. -Kerri

Cozy Lakeside Cottage

We had a relaxing stay by the lake. The home had everything that we needed and was very quiet and private. Our family really enjoyed staying here and would not hesitate to visit again.

Great location!

The cabin is adorable, and it accommodates multiple sleeping scenarios. We loved being on the lake and sitting on the patio to watch the loons! Wyatt was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We had a great time!

Property is nicer than the photos on line. Amd the description on line does not state there is a grill. Would be nice to have a floating device available to go out on the lake.

Girls getaway

Overall our stay was great. Wyatt communicated well and informed us of things before we arrived. Great location and the weather was good for us! Some suggestions we would offer:* We did not find a hair dryer that we could use* although there are kayaks provided, possibly also having a paddle boat to use would be great (we were a bit too old to try to get into kayaks)! And the water was not great for swimming (green) which we know is out of the owners control so a non motorized, low maintenance option could be a paddle boat. We would definitely stay again! This house fit our needs and we were able to relax!

Great Winter Getaway

This was a great spot on Lake Washington. Perfect access for ice fishing. Has just about everything you could need. Would've been nice to have a few more amenities such as a grill and firepit for year round use, along with a shovel during the snowy months. Great wifi service and connections.

Fishing trip

Overall a nice place. Didn't realize the hill was so steep in the pictures to gain access on the ice. A bunch of loose leaves on the property and stair leading to the lake. Made for a tricky walk up and down. We enjoyed our stay thank you

Charged for cleaning fee that is not necessary

The house itself was very cozy and conveniently located near almost everything we needed. The house had a beautiful view of the lake as it sits right on the water. The host decided after we checked out to try to charge us an additional 50 cleaning fee for a razor blade being left in the shower and towels being left in the restroom. I called VRBO myself and disputed this and will not be paying the 50 additional fee and was already notified by VRBO that they are removing this charge. We left this house almost identical to how we found it. We did not trash the place and are slightly disappointed that the host would try to charge us a substantial“labor “fee for additional cleaning.
