Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and detailed review. We're delighted to hear the home itself impressed you — from the modern, clean spaces to the group-friendly layout, pool, and thoughtful amenities at check-in. It's also great to know our app and support team made a positive impression. That said, we sincerely apologize for the frustrations around the game room and the parking situation. Both issues fell short of the experience we aim to provide, and we're taking your feedback seriously — we'll be reviewing the listing details and working to ensure our team is better equipped to resolve on-site issues like these in the moment. The discomfort caused by the gate interactions is especially disappointing to hear, and we're sorry you were left to navigate that on your own. We truly appreciate your honesty and your willingness to consider booking again. We'd welcome the chance to host you for a smoother, more seamless stay in the future.
