This dog-friendly (with $100 fee per stay), two-bedroom cottage is in the peaceful setting of Cottage Grove Cottage Colony in Eastham. AC window units keep the cottage cool on the hottest of days and a deck backing up to a serene, wooded path is perfect for grilling out on the charcoal grill. With a comfortable queen bed and two twin beds, a full kitchen with everything you need for cooking at home, a living room with a large streaming Roku TV, and plenty of board games for entertainment, you and your family will have plenty of room for relaxing at the end of your adventurous day on the Cape.

What a quaint and relaxing space to unwind after a fun day exploring the outer cape! Everything you could need for a comfortable stay (and nothing more- in the best way).We loved the walking path behind the cottage to walk our pup. The owner was very responsive to our messages and left very clear instructions for the ins and outs of the home.

Great place to stay as a base for exploring the Cape. Kerig Coffee pot kept going off & on. Glad there was a reg pot available. Woods was a convenient place to walk our dog Rigby. We enjoyed our stay.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this cottage. It was the perfect size for us, exceptionally clean, and the service was outstanding from start to finish.The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the linens were of excellent quality, making for a very restful stay. Despite being located on the main road, the property was peaceful and quiet.The only suggestions we would offer are a larger shower with better lighting and a few additional towels. We were provided with one towel per person for our six-day stay, so having extras available would have been appreciated. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this cottage to others.

Really lovely small cabin in great location. It was hot when we walked in, but opening windows and doors created a great cross breeze. Much cooler. When outside temp got unbearable, the AC units worked quickly. Fantastic communication with manager

Perfect

We loved this little house. It had a perfect vintage feel and smell, in all the best ways. It really took me back in time to when I would go to old school beach shacks with my grandparents and family. Bedding was comfortable, everything was clean. AC worked great. We traveled with 2 kids and a dog and there was plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing and First Encounter Beach is awesome for kiddos. Can’t wait to return!

Such a wonderful stay at this adorable cottage. It was very clean and had all the charm that you would hope a cape cottage to have. The kitchen and space was equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed hanging out here in the mornings and at night. The cottage grove is off a busy central street, but this cottage is tucked back and extremely peaceful. The location was perfect and made bopping around the area easy. We didnt end up biking, but is very close to the bike path. Andrei's instructions and local recommendations were very thoughtful and helpful. We are already looking forward to planning our next visit!

Clean and cozy, charming, great for bringing my dog. Lovely compound with other small cottages nearby but not too close. Plenty of privacy. Crisp linens, fluffy towels, coffee maker with coffee in stock. Super clear and friendly communications all along the way. The interior living/dining area is a tad dark; opening the front and kitchen doors brightens things up if the weather is warm and gives you nice airflow. AC in main room is tiny and struggles to cool if outdoor temps get above 80. Overhead and floor fans help circulate air so not a deal breaker.

We loved staying at Sweet Briar cottage. It was a rare combination of cozy yet was reasonably spacious, and much attention was clearly put into the property in terms of both decor and amenities such as kitchen tools, first aid, games/puzzles, etc. The cottage was furthest of the group of cottages from the road and was super quiet and peaceful. Eastham is a very convenient location halfway down the cape to P-town, with beaches, trails, ands restaurants within minutes. I highly recommend.

We had a short stay with our pup at Sweetbriar cottage and it was great. Easy check-in, good communication and very clean and comfortable. It was early in the season, and the lawn was not mowed and it was definitely an issue because of the ticks. But, it was overall a great getaway and perfect location. Would love to go back again.
