Overall a great place to stay, easy access to everything! Minor issues with WiFi, water pressure, and hot water during the stay. I would stay here again!

The heated pool was perfect to soak away the tired aches and pains of big days at Disney . Lots of room and very well equipped . We would come back with a big group in a heart beat !

The home is beautiful. It is just as it was described. It was clean, for the most part. But the house needs some TLC. As beautiful as it is, it would be much more beautiful if time is taken to do some maintenance. Here is the list of things that were wrong. We called maintenance and they did come the next day. They were prompt and attentive. 1. The alarm on the sliding door always sounded when the door opened. It was only supposed to sound if the door stayed open for longer than 10 seconds. It always sounded and it was very loud. This problem was never fixed. 2. The pool table had a broken pocket3. The door knob came off one of the bedroom doors. 4. Another bedroom door wouldn’t close. We had to rig both of these doors so that we could sleep the first night. 5. In the middle of cooking dinner, the stove stopped working. 6. There was a beeping coming from one of the locked closets in one of the bedrooms that went off the entire night. We did not get any sleep that night. The maintenance man came the next day and it turned out it was the water heater. Which unlocked another problem, the hot water. 7. Some of the bedrooms upstairs had no hot water 8. The ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms was broken9. Refrigerator leaked10. Blinds fell off upstairs sliding door11. Found 2 of what looked like bedbugs Most of these things were addressed but there was a constant issue. We had a great time overall but the house needs work.

The property is nice, but we had serious issues that never got corrected. We had hvac problems and the tech couldn’t fix it, and just brought box fans in to alleviate heat. It wasn’t a new problem and Florida vacation rentals was aware. The house shouldn’t have been rented until the hvac units were replaced. So the hvac guy with our group finally fixed the ac to where we could stand to sleep there.The other issue was electrical. We had one bedroom area and hallway that had no electric. That one area with no electric spread to the dining room and eventually pool area. The tech had to call a contractor, and no resolution for the issue was made.

Listing did not say that it did not include a BBQ grill. That was extra. We have never stayed at a VRBO house that did not have a BBQ grill. Also the internet was spotty, they finally brought us a special router that worked, but direct TV for normal channels never worked. They said it was a problem with the whole association. Otherwise, the property was very nice and well maintained.
