Message us if this needs to be updated. 7 - No Unauthorized Guests, only registered guests are allowed on the property. Please do not invite additional visitors or overnight guests without prior approval from management. 8 - Please do not have any mail or packages delivered to the home. Should you choose to have a package delivered anyway, Descansa Property Management is not responsible for lost or misplaced packages. We will not be available to help locate in the event of either. 9 - Spring through Fall is sugar ant season throughout the Pacific Northwest. Please store items accordingly and clean thoroughly after cooking and eating. Dispose of food waste promptly. 10 - Items left behind can be shipped to you at the cost of shipping + a $30 processing fee. 11 - Excess cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee. 12 - Violation of house rules may result in eviction and/or monetary fine. ⋆Checkout List ⋆ ☐ Check out by 11am.
