Ideal location! Walking in Carp is so lovely and this was steps from the beach and all the shops. The property was fine- very dated and no extras. The king bed was comfortable and the kids slept fine in the pullout and the bed under the stairs. Upstairs had slanted roof, had to bend over when getting dressed no view or windows, just a skylight and the downstairs window looked straight into a hedge on a very slim walkway. Great place if all you need to do is sleep or it’s just two people. The price is for the location and it’s clean with responsive hosts who were very welcoming and accommodating.

Best location near beach and town . Parking spot provided ! Great space for a couple. Coming from across country we wish it came with beach chairs and umbrella.Owner was very accommodating.

Excellent spot in Carpinteria, CA

This place is very cute! it's right in a perfect location between beach and town. Has reserved covered parking, quiet, with all the perks.

Great location, loved the proximity to shopping and the beach. Owners were great with communication. Perfect spot for a couple or small family. Already trying to find a time to go back. Thank you!

Family 4th of July trip

Annual trip to Carp for the 4th everything was excellent. The condo was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Ceilings fans were also a happy surprise.

Great location 1 short block to the beach. Really nice beach easy access no stairs. The place was decorated really cute with a beach vibe. Overall place was clean.The owner needs to do a remodel on the kitchen very dirty tile/groute needs to be replaced. Also some of the pans need to be replaced.
