With a cozy yet comfortable layout, 3 full bedrooms, one with its own full bathroom, sleeps 6 comfortably making it ideal for couples and friend groups.

INCLUDES 6 VIP CARDS TO THE STARBOARD! (a charge of $100 will be assessed for each unreturned card)
This unit has 12 steps to get to it (no elevator) & has 2 parking spots.
Please note: Surveillance camera is present at the front door for security purposes.

*No guests (max 6 people)
*Be mindful of neighbors & noise volume
*No pets
*No parties
*Any damages that occur may be assessed, and you may be responsible for covering the repair or replacement costs.
