I would stay here again!! Host thought of everything we would need for our stay, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers….Beds were very comfortable.

Wonderful place. Clean, nice kitchen, nice beds, Feels spacious inside. Wonderful beach that feels almost private. Wonderful views. Strange entrance to the neighborhood only able to get on and off the freeway going North, however it was not a huge deal in the end.

It’s a beautiful property, very good location for beach access. However proximity to a store of any kind is a small drive approximately 10 minutes. Also a lot of stairs in the house so not really accessible if you have any mobility issues. One last thing… ANTS are very invasive and daily no matter how clean you keep the kitchen, but you are at the beach so…….

We had a great time staying here. Highlights included the house layout- good common areas but still enough spaces for alone time. Very clean on check in. We loved the quick beach access- the beach was quiet and not crowded. It’s a dog friendly beach but we love dogs and they were all friendly and people cleaned up after them. The neiborhoid is quiet, eclectic, and friendly, albeit a little isolated. Kitchen had all the amenities. No AC was not a problem during our stay, we opened up the screen doors to get the cool ocean cross breeze. Backyard was cute and we made good use of the hot/cold outdoor shower and gas fire pit. If I’m ever so lucky to be back here- would choose this house again.

Distant ocean view from livingroom window. Not really an ocean view from bedroom, mostly others backyards. Lots if stairs inside. Nicely decorated. Tunnel walk to ocean very clean and close by.

The property itself is very good and close to the ocean which we wanted. Unfortunately the cleaning crew does a very general job and left a lot of hair and food bits around the property. Everybody noticed it so it wasn’t like we were being fussy. The manager responded right away, which was super great. And had the cleaning crew come back but they missed it again. I would’ve given this a much higher rating if only they had a good cleaning crew. As a property owner myself, I would not continue to use somebody that just clearly does a half back job. It’s a pity. The house itself is pretty well situated and good for the four people we had a very charming little neighborhood as well quite unique. So I don’t want to be completely negative.

Absolutely fantastic for what I needed. I hosted three people who didn't know each other well (co-workers) and we all had our own rooms, spaces and bathrooms. It is a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach which was perfect for sunset. One of my co-workers is very germ-phobic and she was blown away by the cleanliness. Great stay!

A Hidden Gem!

The property is extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The location is amazing. We walked down a pristine walkway and through a tunnel to get to a beautiful beach in less than 3 minutes. We had so much fun going to the beach and riding bikes and enjoying family time together. The sunsets were spectacular. I highly recommend this property and hope to return again someday.

Racing weekend stay

Loved this place for location, ease of check in & out, provisions and the home itself. It was clean, welcoming, comfortable and had everything we needed. The beach chairs, wagon and coolers were a value added bonus! The communication was easy and no problems with anything. The neighborhood is very quiet for sleeping. We got up early each day and left for activities and coming home was a nice respite after a long day of racing. Beds comfortable and nice backyard w firepit and outdoor shower! Thank you so much.

The house is beautiful, lots of space, nice beds, all the extras you need. Beach chairs, towels, wagon, umbrellas, coolers. Home does not have AC and in the summer its hot - could not sleep - they do have fans in every room. Nice ocean breeze if you leave the windows open but next door is an empty lot with a camper on it and someone is living in, on the other side is a home but in the driveway there is a tent camper with someone in it 3 feet from the front door. I was not comfortable leaving the windows open at night. Home is located in a cute area and there is beach access if you cross the street, go down a ramp (had dog poo on it) and go under the freeway in a dimly lit tunnel with flickering lights and smells of urine. This takes you to a dog beach which smells of urine and has dog poo in the sand. I was not comfortable having my grandkids play in the sand. There are many dogs running off leash (including pit bulls) at the beach and in front of the home. I loved the home but would never have booked had I had known this was the condition of my stay. Also lots of tar on the beach and in the water - our feet were covered in tar even though we tried to steer clear of it and had to sit outside the house scraping our feet after we walked on the sand ugh! None of this is the owners fault and I feel bad reporting all this but I paid a lot of money to check in at 4pm on Sunday and check out at 10am on Tuesday - Ugh!

House and location was fine. Just don’t leave anything in the house and ask them to mail it to you at your expense. I left an expensive item and at first I was told they couldn’t find it but then was told they found it two weeks ago and they still haven’t mailed it back but keep telling me they are “waiting for updates”. I don’t get any updates until I ask and I still have no idea if I’m going to get it back or not.
