Fabulous beach stay in a great location - 2-min walk to beach. Loved the upper deck with ocean view for morning coffee, lovely back yard, comfortable beds. Easy walk to restaurants and groceries. Great communication with owner. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice accommodations and great for a short vacation stay. A little tight for 6 people but great for 4. Close walk to the beach and food options.

So glad you enjoyed your stay and liked the accommodations- the great location close to the beach and restaurants. A couple bringing 2 adult sons and their fiancees might find it cozy. The house works well for a family of six- a kingsize bedroom upstairs with another bedroom with two twin beds, and a separate private suite downstairs with a queen bed and second bathroom. And of course the large backyard and balcony for hanging out.

Cozy beach cottage

We loved our stay at this cozy beach cottage and can’t wait to return. It’s a short walk to the beach and local restaurants and grocery store. The home had everything we needed and comfortable beds.

Lovely cottage about ten doors from the beach. A lovely bouquet of flowers greeted us. Clear view of ocean from the upper deck. Cottage likely dates to the 1950’s and that is part of the charm. Newer washer, dryer and fridge.Easy walk to Ventura Pier or Ventura Harbor along the beach.Peaceful and relaxing week!

Great stay! Second floor has view if ocean and tree tops. Lovely to watch the all the birds including lots of hummingbirds flit about. Fabulous back yard to hang and wash off before heading in. Well stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay here again!

Location was super convenient to the beach, was well maintained. We enjoyed the space in the house and would have enjoyed the balcony and backyard more of the weather had been kinder.

Perfect Beach Rental

We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long beach vacation in this rental! The house is well stocked with anything you could need. The beds were comfortable and it was amazing to be able to bring our dog. Perfect location.

Perfect Location

Walkable to nearby restaurants etc. Perfect size for six adults. Kitchen well equipped. Great backyard area with fire pit.

A Peaceful Week in the Pierpont

Cozy, clean and convenient, this beach house has a very private backyard and a lovely view of the ocean from the 2nd floor balcony. Our group of four adults was very comfortable and the location was perfect for visiting my friends and family.

Oh wow! Such a delightful visit EVERY time. The host is a gem and all of our needs were met. The location couldn't be more perfect. We walked and caught the bus to the fair this year. So fun!
